Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith are totally fine following a scary moment when a fire broke out in the famous couple's basement.
According to multiple reports, Los Angeles County Fire Department rushed to the couple's Calabasas, California home Monday afternoon after a call came in for a fire in one of the structures on their massive property.
An eyewitness says a fire "broke out somewhere on one of the properties" of the couple's estate and "someone was treated at the scene." At the time, it appeared to be very serious, with possibly someone injured during the blaze. But, a source close to the couple now says "they are all fine and in the home" after "a fire broke out in the basement."
Firefighter Treated For Injuries Inside Will Smith's Home
The good news, everyone is "fine" and the fire was handled. Unfortunately, it appears a firefighter was the one treated on the scene, and it wasn't a part of the Smith family. The emergency call came in around 3:30 pm -- and according to eyewitnesses "there were a lot of fire trucks and police, so it caught everyone's attention, but they're all fine."
Besides the great news that no one was injured, the house was also saved which is a massive $50 million estate. The house was featured in Architectural Digest back in 2011 and was put on the market for $42 million in 2013. Luckily, the couple decided to keep the mansion and now it plays host to Jada's new show 'Red Table Talk' on Facebook. As you know, she co-hosts the show with her daughter, Willow Smith, and mom Adrienne 'Gammy' Banfield-Norris.

The massive home recently played host for the actress's 50th birthday party, where she built a roller rink and provided food trucks and COVID tests for the guests. Of course, celebrities like Jordyn Woods, Toni Braxton, and MC Lyte were in attendance.
A spokesperson for the LA County Fire Department confirmed the emergency call for service, saying there had been a "structure fire" and that it caused "smoke damage" to the property.
This isn't the first time the 150-acre property has had fire issues. The family was forced to evacuate the property in November of 2018 after the Woolsey fire got extremely close to their home.
Famous Couple Has Not Yet Commented On The Emergency
According to reports, the property is a vast 25,000 square feet of living space, which includes nine bedrooms, a home theatre, and an eight-car garage. The custom-built home was started in 2003 and took seven years to complete. To be clear, this house is so big it actually has its own zip code! The best part, following the stress of an almost devastating fire -- Jada has her own "meditation room" to go unwind and reset in.
Plus, this massive property has its own custom private recording studio. Don't forget, Will had an entire career in the music business and Willow Smith has put out some really good hits -- recorded right in her own home.
The famous family has yet to comment on the fire.
