Deshaun Watson & Jilly Anais Still Going Strong Despite QB's Legal Situation

Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson started the season off not participating in the team games. Deshaun is not taking part in games for the team in part because he had informed them that he wanted to leave the team. He's also not taking part in games because he is facing 22 civil lawsuits and 10 criminal complaints of sexual assault! So he isn't in an ideal position by any means. Through all of this though it seems he's found, true love!

This Tuesday, September 14th marked the quarterback's 26th birthday. You wouldn't know it, though, from looking at the Houston Texans' IG page. The team has yet to send out birthday wishes to the man who just a couple of months ago was the face of the franchise.

Lucky for Watson, he did get birthday love on Instagram from girlfriend Jilly Anais. The singer shared different pics of her time with the quarterback over the course of their relationship. With a caption that reads,

"Happy Birthday LoveBug! Walking hand in hand with you 4L"

When you're going through a legal battle, whatever it may be, the last thing that you want to do is give the other side evidence against you. We're not sure what type of validation an IG pic has in court. The first picture in the post that singer Jilly Anais shared though kind of proves the point that Deshaun has some trouble keeping his hands to himself! Which, is potentially the "trait" that has gotten him into this difficult situation that he's in right now. It's not the worse picture in the world, but it doesn't seem like it helps!

Jilly Anais has been there for Deshaun through thick and thin to this point. The couple has been together since 2020. Jilly Anais is a Houston-based influencer and singer. Back in 2020, the two had a sit down with local media. Where they talked about how they had met. It's not just in the pictures where Deshaun really exhibits some of the behavior that's gotten him into some trouble. She says that Deshaun slid into her DMs on Instagram. From there they started talking. Their first date was actually a 7 a.m. hot yoga session!

Even through the avalanche of allegations against Watson, the couple has managed to stick together. That's certainly a testament to Jilly Anais' loyalty. Deshaun is potentially looking for an NFL team now that believes in him as much as she does! Any team that does take a chance on Watson though is probably going to have to wait quite a while to see him out on the field.

The quarterback isn't currently suspended by the league. This means he could technically play for the Texans right now. However, both the team and the league are waiting for the legal situation to play out. Even if he doesn't end up behind bars he'd still potentially be looking at a suspension from the league. He's probably not seeing the field any time soon!
