Kate Beckinsale is getting tons of support from her A-list celebrity friends after sharing an update on her emergency hospitalization.

The 'Underworld' star updated fans and friends on Instagram where she posted a photo from inside a Las Vegas hospital room where she is continuing to receive treatment.

"Feeling a lot better. Thank you so much for your kind messages and love x," she captioned the picture.

As we reported, Kate was rushed to a hospital from a Las Vegas hotel room after experiencing back pain. According to one report, the actresses "back gave out" and it was bad enough she needed to be transported to a local hospital. Kate was in town filming a new movie, 'Prisoner's Daughter,' and staying at the MGM Grand. The actress was taken to a Las Vegas hospital on Friday morning around 10:30 am.

The movie is a family drama around Brian Cox's Max -- an ex-convict who is trying to reconnect with his only daughter -- who is played by Beckinsale, and her son.

In the recent update, Kate did not specify how the actual injury is doing -- and didn't reveal any details on how it happened in the first place. But, she is receiving tons of support online, especially from her famous friends.

"Get well lioness," Jamie Foxx said. And...Paris Hilton added, "Feel better beauty." Selma Blair even jumped in to say, "So much love. I am so sorry you must be in pain dear bright light. Recover well."

The actress even got a comment from Andie MacDowell, who wrote, "Oh dear, I'm just catching up I hope everything's OK." Comedian Sarah Silverman added, "Oh my gosh! Friend'."

A few fans added to the reactions, with one saying, "Gosh .... afraid to ask what happened but seems serious. So sorry Kate. I hope you are on the road to getting better. Thinking of you. Get back to full strength soon."

As you can imagine, many of the actress' fans are questioning the back story and are hoping they will get an update about the medical condition. "Omg what happened to you are you ok what's wrong," a person wrote. Of course, it is hard to understand how bad this can get unless you have thrown out your back in the past. 

Interestingly, many of Kate's fans are questioning why she hasn't shared any details of the actual injury, especially since she is normally very open on social media. It's possible she was in a lot of pain and hasn't got around to putting details in writing. Either way, fans were pumped to get any update from the star.
