Goldie Hawn, who is a caring mother-of-three, Oliver Hudson, Kate Hudson and Wyatt Russell, melted hearts when she posted a stunning baby photo of her son, Hudson.
The picture featured the star holding her son as she stared wistfully into the distance. Although it was a photo from the ’70s, Hawn’a 1s home still remained elegant as ever.
It featured a large wooden table with several vases on it, some floral-printed armchairs, an extremely tall lamp next to some curtains and even a piano, which had been decorated with several houseplants.

The 75-year-old star captioned the photo, “@theoliverhudson was a gift and still is! Talking life… soup to nuts with Ollie by Golly on this week’s episode of @siblingrevelry.” She also concluded with a mother and son emoji.
The post attracted a slew of reactions, most of them positive, as fans were stunned into silence, commenting only with a string of heart emojis.
Reese Witherspoon wrote, “Oh this pic melts my heart,” and added a heart emoji. Another follower commented, “This is such a precious photo!!!”
A third praised the mother-of-three’s parenting skills, as they posted, “They are so lucky to have a mother like you. I would give everything.”
Oliver’s Birthday
Earlier this week, Hawn marked her son’s birthday with a beautiful picture of the two of them after a session of golf. It also featured the duo happily embracing each other.
“Happy birthday handsome. I love you @theoliverhudson,” she wrote in the caption, with a heart, kiss, and cake emoji.
Fans trooped to the comments section with lots of wishes and love for Hudson. One wrote, “Aww, happy birthday Oliver.” Another said, “Happy birthday to your sunshine!”
Hudson also celebrated his 45th birthday in style. He posted a video of himself hilariously singing the birthday song.
He captioned the video saying, “Happy Birthday to a very special person!! You’ve taught me so much throughout the years. Not sure who I would be without you in my life Oliver Hudson. Truly one of a kind! I’m in love with you..#me.”
Several fans were beside themselves with emotions. A fan commented, “Happy birthday to you. More people should sing to themselves.” Another wrote, “Happy Birthday Oliver. You make this Grandma chuckle with your silly fun filled posts.”
A third added, “Happy Birthday Ollie, thanks for the laugh! Hope you have a great day.”
Hudson’s Relationship With His Father
Oliver Hudson never had the easiest relationship with his father, musician Bill Hudson. While he had openly acknowledged his feelings about the situation, he has never really delved into the emotional depth of it.
The actor shared a moment with his fans where he allowed his vulnerability to shine through.
Hudson posted an animated throwback clip from his podcast with Joe Buck called “Daddy Issues,” where the two spoke to Eddie Vedder about fatherhood.
On the podcast, he said, “My dad bailed on me, so I haven’t had that sort of closure I guess.”

The trio then tried to lighten the moment by suggesting Oliver dress up in a 70s-style orange jumpsuit and see his dad “open up like Mount Vesuvius.”
Fans took warmly to the clip and shared their wholehearted support for Hudson. One even left a comment saying, “Love this vulnerability. Love the idea of crying like a man rather than crying like a baby. Life is hard! Life without a father figure is hard. Big hugs.”
Another fan admitted that it was one of his favorite episodes as he related to it on so many levels.
Who Is Oliver Hudson?

Hudson has appeared on multiple shows, including “Dawson’s Creek,” “Rules of Engagement” and “Nashville.”
In 2002, his mother told People magazine that, as an infant, Hudson “was an old soul. He had the wisest eyes; they just looked through you.”

Hudson’s Beautiful Family
After dating for about four years, Hudson proposed to Bartlett on February 19, 2004, and she said yes.
The ring he chose was too big for Bartlett but she loved it so much that she wore it with Scotch tape wrapped around her finger before changing it to the proper size.
Hudson married Bartlett on June 9, 2006, in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The couple is co-parents to three children; two sons, Wilder Brooks who was born on August 23, 2007, Bodhi Hawn who was born March 19, 2010, and a daughter, Rio Laura who was born July 18, 2013.
