Kim Kardashian is denying the allegations she didn't provide proper meals and rest breaks for the maintenance and gardening staff inside her home and is fighting a lawsuit filed by the group of former employees.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star is responding to allegations made by seven former members of the maintenance staff of her $60 million Hidden Hills mansion, claiming she was not responsible for the crew not having a proper meal and rest breaks.

In the filing, Kim issued a general denial of all allegations in the lawsuit - but, specifically answered these points, saying, "(Kim) alleges at all relevant times herein (the crew) were provided with rest breaks to which they were entitled." Plus, she responded the same way for rest breaks, saying, Kim "alleges that at all relevant times herein (the crew) were provided with rest breaks to which they were entitled."

As for missed meal breaks, Kim is claiming anytime someone didn't receive a meal or rest break they were "fully compensated" for the time.

As we reported, Kim Kardashian was sued in Los Angeles County Courts by a group of seven former employees who claims they were treated poorly while working for the star. In the lawsuit, the crew claims Kardashian was late with their pay, withheld 10 percent of their wages for taxes, and refused to pay them overtime -- including forcing them to work without a meal break.

The maintenance crew claims they didn't receive itemized pay stubs, and one of the employees was only 16-years-old and made to work far past the allowable 48 hours for underage summer employment. During the dispute, one staff member claims he brought up the overtime pay, tax issues, and meal breaks -- and was immediately fired.

At the time, a lawyer for the former employees said, "Wage theft and other workplace violations are a widespread problem in Los Angeles. My firm is currently investigating other potential violations against these defendants, as well as other powerful families and businesses on behalf of everyday workers."

The Kardashian's fired back with their own statement, saying, "These workers were hired and paid through a third-party vendor hired by Kim to provide ongoing services. Kim is not a party to the agreement made between the vendor and their workers, therefore she is not responsible for how the vendor manages their business and the agreements they have made directly with their staff."

Adding, “Kim has never not paid a vendor for their services and hopes that the issue between these workers and the vendor who hired them can be amicably resolved soon.”

In the end, Kim wanted it to be made very clear that she has never had a history of not paying her employees on time -- in fact, she takes a lot of pride in paying people for their time and the workers are simply suing the wrong person. Again, the 'KUWTK' star claims the employees worked through a third-party company, and she wasn't responsible for the issues with their pay.
