Las Vegas realtor Michele Sullivan is getting noticed as a leader in the Sin City luxury real estate community and was profiled as a Dynamic Woman in the most recent issue of Vegas Magazine.
"Affluent buyers who are looking for the best regularly seek out Sullivan because she has mastered the ins and outs of the luxury world," a quote from the publication reads.
Sullivan, who is also currently in production as the star of a reality TV series showcasing luxury real estate in town has become a well-known face in the industry which has allowed her the opportunity to give back and participate in many charities.

Most recently, Michele is taking part in a charity drive for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, which runs through September during Childhood Cancer Awareness month. Much of Sullivan’s success can be attributed to her strong grasp of digital media, which she uses to showcase lavish properties in jaw-dropping videos and engage with a growing fanbase about questions regarding the current market. Understanding the changing media while interacting with potential clients, and up-and-coming realtors is important to Sullivan.

Enjoying seeing women succeed in the industry, Sullivan has mentored other new agents as they begin their own careers. “You are going to have failures but are going to learn from the failures, “she says. “You don’t become successful without failures. With failures, you can learn from those experiences and increase the knowledge that makes you that much more of an expert.” Although Sullivan operates as the #1 individual producing agent at her brokerage, she has brought on a team of female professionals who help with marketing and administrative needs. Sullivan says, “It’s about letting other women know that they can do anything. I’m an example that you, too, can do it.”
