’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Colt Johnson Wants to Silence Larissa Dos Santos Lima in Divorce Battle

“90 Day Fiancé” star Colt Johnson wants a gag order issued against his estranged wife Larissa Dos Santos Lima in their nasty divorce, accusing her of trashing his name in the press.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Colt filed a motion accusing Larissa of making “damaging media statements” and slandering him and his family.

He claims Larissa insisted on “trying to carry on her reality television moment of fame by painting up the current case as a ‘bitter divorce’ when nothing could be further from the truth.”

Colt says Larissa has made numerous statements online, calling him a “batterer, a pedophile, calling his mother an alcoholic, and telling untruths about the marriage and his treatment of her since she has been in this country.”

He denies ever battering Larissa or that he is a pedophile or that “he has committed any of the number of untrue salacious statements Ms. dos Santos Lima has caused to be published in the media.”

Colt is pleading for the judge to issue a gag order prohibiting Larissa from talking about him or the divorce to the press, saying it will cause him unwarranted reputation and financial harm if she doesn’t stop.

He argues, “The marriage was built on nothing and appears to have been doomed from the start, particularly since Larissa is set on gaining her 5 minutes of fame (not even 15 minutes) and on getting as much publicity as she can during the afterglow from being on the television show.”

Johnson even points out that Larissa is not a U.S. citizen and has no other claim to remain in the country.

He accuses her of being unable to earn money in the country but “somehow has been living a glamorous life that is being played out in the media.”

In the docs, he says Larissa has been paying for expensive haircuts, plastic surgery, living and partying and believes she has found a way to support herself.

In regard to Larissa seeking support from him, Colt says she should not get a dime and accuses her of battering him three times during their nine-month marriage. He points out he was never arrested or charged with a crime over the incidents.

Colt says the marriage should be annulled ASAP.

Last month, Colt Johnson filed for divorce from Larissa Dos Santos Lima on the day after their bloody fight, which ended with Larissa being arrested for domestic battery in the first degree.

In the docs, he said they were married on June 24, 2018 in Vegas and Larissa was not pregnant at the time of the filing.

Colt noted that there is no community property to split in the divorce nor is there any debt they racked up together. He checked the box informing the court he is not seeking spousal support from Larissa.

Dos Santos Lima filed her response earlier this month, agreeing the marriage should be ended but demanding he pay her support.

She wants Johnson to pay her $1,000 a month in spousal support and is also asking they split their joint bank accounts and household furnishings 50/50.
