Before Jada Pinkett Smith met her husband, Will Smith, she had her fair share of relationships. For instance, in the mid-80s, she met Tupac while he schooled at the Baltimore School of Arts.
Though she alleged they were platonic friends, Tupac’s love poems which resurfaced recently hinted otherwise. She admitted they once shared a kiss but it was awkward and was just a one-time thing. The two had an on-and-off relationship, but the R & B singer ultimately was in love with the Atlanta music producer, Dallas Austin. When Beckford tried to approach her, he got turned down.

In an exclusive interview with VladTV, he revealed details of his failed attempt when he tried to score a date with Jada. He said that he met her for the first time when he modeled at the Javis center in New York.
“I came to her and tried to holler at her, but I did it too street, and she kinda put me in check,” he said. Despite the rejection, Beckford confessed that the experience served as a great lesson with regard to his approach to women.

“It was a lesson learned,” he admitted. “She was just so graceful and beautiful. She didn’t shoot me down but she aligned me in the ways of being a gentleman and how I approach women now because of that.”
If anything, it portrayed Pinkett Smith as an alpha woman who doesn’t bend over when it comes to respect and boundaries. Despite being one of the eye-catching men in Hollywood, Tyson hasn’t had so much luck when it comes to ladies.
