Iggy Azalea Sets The Record Straight About Her Involvement With Tristan Thompson

On Sunday night, Iggy Azalea took to her Twitter account to address the recent rumors about her involvement with Khloe Kardashian's baby daddy Tristan Thompson.

The Australian rapper denied the rumors that she’s dating the basketball star.

News about her hook-up was first spread by vlogger Tasha K, on Twitter. Eventually, the gossip reached the songwriter and she instantly shut it down.

“Very weird fake news making the rounds about me dating a man I’ve literally never met a DAY in my life…. Like…. Y’all are really that bored?!?!” Iggy tweeted. “Sh*t is very, very weird behavior.”

Fans responded to her tweets and even mentioned the NBA star’s name — to which the 31-year-old musician retweeted and added a note: “Literally have never even been in the same building as that man. I DO NOT KNOW THAT PERSON.”

Iggy also reposted a meme that featured Keke Palmer’s now-famous “sorry to this man” clip about the rumors, as well as a response from a follower regarding the “very weird behavior.”

Clearly irritated by the accusations, she continued her rant on social media.

“Making up baseless lies about people for fun is lame because I’m a real person with my own private life that gets disrupted by bullsh*t,” Iggy wrote. “So I’m actually annoyed.”

Tristan and the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star have broken up again after news of his infidelity came out. Since then, the athlete has been trying to win back his ex-girlfriend. According to Page Six, a source close to Khloe revealed that the former lovers simply have a “healthy” co-parenting relationship for the sake of their 3-year-old daughter, True.

Not too long ago, the Good American co-founder also called out a fan who thought she had taken his former beau back after all the lies and multiple cheating scandals.

Iggy, on the other hand, shared last October that she and fellow rapper Playboi Carti have called it quits. Together, they have a 1-year-old son named Onyx. She confirmed the breakup by posting an Instagram story, as per E! News.

“What I meant last night was that I'm raising my son alone, and I'm not in a relationship."

Iggy shared the post after uploading a cryptic message that said: "You Lost a Real 1." Later, she posted, "People take loyalty for granted [and] that's why I'd rather be alone." She then posted three vomiting emojis.

The rapper revealed her pregnancy last year in June following rumors that said she was expecting a baby with her then-boyfriend.

"I kept waiting for the right time to say something, but it feels like the more time passes the more I realize that I'm always going to feel anxious to share the news that giant with the world," Iggy told her fans on her Instagram Story. "I want to keep his life private but wanted to make it clear he is not a secret & I love him beyond words."
