Ohno, 44, is claiming in his lawsuit that Pham is holding on to hundreds of items of personal and business property, according to TMZ. Among the items are “studio and audio-production equipment, photographic and video equipment, electronics, apparel, a firearm, and computer hard drives containing irreplaceable content.”

Additionally, Ohno is hoping to retrieve “Olympic race and training footage, documentary footage held for future commercial sale, an unpublished book manuscript and personal Olympic photographs.”

The lawsuit claims that Ohno and Pham split in 2023; however, they remained on good terms throughout 2024.

Ohno claimed that he messaged Pham on Instagram in October 2025 to retrieve his items, but the latter allegedly handed over only his Olympic medals.

Pham told TMZ that Ohno was allegedly willing to let her return his items on her own terms, and even claimed that the Olympian offered to pay her when she was ready to return them.

Ohno is seeking $385,000 in damages in his lawsuit.

Ohno is the most decorated Team USA Winter Olympian in history, winning eight medals across the 2002, 2006, and 2010 Winter Games.

Since his retirement, the athlete has released two books, “Hard Pivot” and “Zero Regrets,” and has served as an Olympic commentator for NBC.

Another Team USA Member Has Been Involved In Drama Of His Own

According to a previous report from The Blast, Ryan Lochte was involved in drama of his own earlier this year when he revealed he was auctioning off several of his gold medals amid his financial woes.

He opened up about the decision on Instagram, standing alongside someone from Goldin Auction House, saying that his medals told the story of “dominance, teamwork, and history.”

His decision to part ways with some of his medals came directly after it was revealed that he and his estranged wife, Kayla Reid, were facing foreclosure on their Florida home after their HOA claimed they had failed to pay fees owed.

Lochte faced heat over his decision; however, he clapped back, saying that parting ways with his Olympic medals was more about giving back than anything else.

“I never swam for the gold medals,” he wrote. “My passion has always been about being one of the best swimmers in the world. Those medals? They were just the cherry on top of an incredible journey.”

He added, “I’ve given away medals to fans and young kids in the stands, because it’s never been just about me. It’s about inspiring the next generation and helping them chase their dreams. The memories, the hard work, and the connection with all of you are what I treasure the most.”

Prior to his medals being auctioned off, Lochte’s former partner, Reid, announced her plans to separate from the Team USA swimmer with a candid social media post.

“Sometimes we face trials we didn’t choose or see coming. And in those moments, we’re forced to make the hardest decisions to protect our peace, our children, and our future. I’ve come to the understanding that staying isn’t always the most loving decision someone can make. For me, leaving was an act of love — for those around me and for myself,” she wrote on Instagram.

Lochte Proposes To New Girlfriend

Lochte’s split from Reid didn’t stop the Olympian from finding love again, according to The Blast. He recently proposed to his girlfriend, Molly Gillihan, months after they moved in together.

Following his proposal, Lochte said that he was ready to move on to “bigger and better things” with Gillihan, specifically starting their new life in Missouri.
