Newly uncovered emails from the Jeffrey Epstein files are casting fresh scrutiny on Sarah Ferguson‘s past relationship with the disgraced financier. According to a new report, the Duchess of York visited Epstein at his Florida office on at least two occasions in 2009 while he was still serving a jail sentence for procuring a minor for prostitution. The newly revealed correspondence also suggests Ferguson sought business advice from Epstein and described him as a close friend during the period. The revelations have also resurfaced questions about the high-profile figures who maintained contact with Epstein after his conviction.

According to The Telegraph, the meetings allegedly took place at the offices of the Florida Science Foundation, a company Epstein used while participating in a controversial work-release program during his incarceration. Although Epstein was serving a sentence at the Palm Beach County Stockade, the arrangement allowed him to leave jail for extended periods during the day to work from his office under supervision.

According to the emails, Ferguson reached out to Epstein in April 2009 while traveling through Palm Beach and asked whether she could stop by for a meeting during a brief layover. Epstein reportedly responded by inviting her to visit the office, which he described as being a short drive from the airport.

The correspondence suggests the pair met to discuss Ferguson’s business ventures, including her initiative known as Mothers Army.

Following one of the reported meetings, Epstein allegedly reviewed materials Ferguson had provided regarding her business plans and offered feedback on how she could expand the project.

According to the emails, he encouraged her to focus more heavily on financial projections and suggested recruiting high-profile women, including then-First Lady Michelle Obama, to become involved. Ferguson appeared appreciative of the advice.

In one email cited by the report, she praised Epstein as a “great friend” and thanked him for his guidance. Additional messages reportedly indicate Ferguson attempted to arrange another meeting later that month and successfully visited him again in May 2009 while he remained on work release.

New Documents Also Mention Lord Peter Mandelson

The report additionally claims former British politician Lord Peter Mandelson communicated with Epstein while the financier was operating from the Florida office. According to the newly revealed records, Mandelson allegedly participated in both phone and video calls with Epstein during the same period.

Mandelson has previously denied witnessing any criminal behavior during his association with Epstein and has maintained that he was unaware of the extent of the financier’s conduct. The latest disclosures only add to the growing body of records that continue to emerge years after Epstein’s death in 2019.

Ferguson has publicly addressed her past association with Epstein on multiple occasions. Following renewed scrutiny after Epstein’s arrest and death, a spokesperson for the Duchess said she deeply regretted the relationship and had been deceived by the financier.

“The Duchess spoke of her regret about her association with Epstein many years ago, and as they have always been, her first thoughts are with his victims,” the spokesperson previously said in a statement provided to the BBC.

The statement added that Ferguson cut ties with Epstein once she became aware of the full extent of the allegations against him and later condemned him publicly. According to the spokesperson, Epstein even threatened legal action after she linked him to allegations of pedophilia.

The newly surfaced emails are the latest example of how Epstein maintained relationships with influential figures even after his 2008 conviction.

For years, victims and investigators have pointed to the extensive network of politicians, business leaders, celebrities, and members of high society, including Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, and more, who continued interacting with Epstein despite mounting concerns about his conduct.

While the newly reported emails do not accuse Ferguson of wrongdoing, they provide additional insight into the nature of her relationship with Epstein during a period when he was already a convicted sex offender serving time behind bars.
