Tom Sandoval may not be the victim he portrayed himself as, at least that’s what his estranged girlfriend’s father says.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star recently made waves for filing a restraining order against his partner, Victoria Lee Robinson, and her dad, Will Robinson.
Tom Sandoval called out the father-daughter duo for physically attacking him during an incident that occurred earlier this month. However, Victoria Lee Robinson’s dad shared a different narrative.
Tom Sandoval Accused Of Getting Violent With His Girlfriend
Following news of Tom’s restraining order filing, his partner’s father broke his silence in a statement, claiming he and Victoria were the ones in danger. Will refuted Tom’s victim narrative, stressing that the DA did not file a case against them for a reason, adding:
“I lifted Tom off of my daughter because he was overpowering and twisting her arm and trying to take her phone aggressively.”
Will claimed he was forced to act after Tom had been yelling at them “in a very aggressive and threatening manner.” He also accused his daughter’s boyfriend of shoving him into a lit fire pit, telling TMZ he suffered injuries that required medical treatment.

Will noted that his fire pit injuries would require additional care down the road before confirming Tom wasn’t the one who called the authorities. He explained that he was the one who made the call, and he did so to protect Victoria and himself.
Additionally, Will argued that he and Victoria were the ones in need of a restraining order, saying, “This is my daughter’s home, and we just want Tom as far away from us as possible.” He also implied Tom was a repeat offender, declaring they wanted him “to keep his lies and drunken abuse away” from them.
The Reality TV Star Was Seen Arguing With His Girlfriend And Her Father
The June 3 incident between Tom and the Robinsons was captured on home surveillance footage, which Will reportedly shared on Facebook. A Reddit user reposted the over two-minute clip on the platform, showcasing what appeared to be a heated dispute.
The video began with Will and Victoria seated around a fire pit while Sandoval moved between the sliding door leading inside the house and the duo. He appeared upset, dropping several expletives as he tried to have a conversation with his girlfriend, who declared she wasn’t speaking to him.
The conversation mainly flowed between Tom and Will, with Victoria sometimes interjecting, over something the TV personality said. However, he repeatedly denied the claims, insisting he never said anything and seemingly blamed Victoria at one point, saying:
“I didn’t say that. No, I did not say that. I said, ‘Victoria told me about all these things she’s doing.'”
The Disagreement Allegedly Turned Violent Over A Recording
Tom’s behavior became increasingly animated as he kept refuting Will’s words during the argument, trying to prove his point with hand gestures and exaggerated body movements. During one of his back-and-forth paces between the door and the fire pit, he noticed Victoria recording him.
The revelation did not sit right with the reality TV star, who furiously asked, “Are you recording me right now? Are you f-cking recording me right now?” while seemingly attempting to snatch the phone for Victoria’s grasp. Will immediately sprang into action, pulling Tom off his daughter by lifting him by the waist.
The entertainer, as seen in the video, appeared to retaliate by shoving Will and sending him flying backward into the fire pit. As he fell, Will’s hand hit Victoria on the head, knocking her to the ground.
The video concluded with Tom running inside and Will hot on his tail, while Victoria appeared to play peacemaker, yelling “stop” as she followed them indoors.

The video shared a different narrative about the June 3 incident, as Tom claimed in his restraining order filing that Victoria had verbally and physically attacked him. The Blast covered the story, reporting that the entertainer noted he had been arguing with his girlfriend when he noticed her recording him.
Tom accused Will of having an aggressive response to the couple’s disagreement, which pushed him to lock himself inside a room for protection. He claimed his lover had struck his face during their argument, causing him to have blurry vision.
The reality TV star alleged he called the police after getting attacked by the Robinsons. He accused Will of putting him in a bear hug, and Victoria of repeated abuse, including one incident where she reportedly punched him in the face.
