Kim Zolciak‘s bitter divorce battle with Kroy Biermann appears far from over.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum is reportedly seeking another change to their custody arrangement after new claims surfaced about tensions between the exes. The latest development comes as both parties continue to clash over parenting decisions and the well-being of their children.

Kim has approached the court again to revisit her custody arrangement with Kroy, citing concerns about his behavior. She recently sought emergency court papers, asserting that the court-appointed guardian of their four minors suggested anger-management treatment for Kroy.

Kim also objected to Kroy retaining temporary primary custody, alleging that issues continue to arise while the children are in his care. She further claimed he has been unwilling to share information about the children with her.

The filing follows Kroy being granted temporary primary custody after allegations were made against Kim for neglecting the kids. She vehemently rejected such allegations and, in response, claimed that he applied excessive physical force during discipline, per TMZ.

Earlier Abuse Claims Resurface Amid New Custody Fight

As reported by The Blast earlier this month, Kim accused Kroy of inappropriate behavior around their children as their custody battle intensified.

In court documents filed on June 4, she alleged that the former NFL star threw one of their sons over a couch during an argument and once hurled a pan toward one of the children.

Kim also claimed Kroy brought multiple women around the children and alleged they had overheard him engaging in intimate activities with girlfriends while inside the home.

According to her filing, the children complained about not seeing their father for hours at a time despite knowing he was there.

Kim Zolciak Previously Questioned Guardian’s Role In Custody Case

Kim also aimed at the court-appointed guardian involved in the case, alleging that concerns raised by the children have not been taken seriously.

She says that she feels that the reports of alleged abuse were ignored and that the children have been making their wishes loud and clear about who they would like to live with, according to her filing.

Kim also stated that accusations of mistreatment should not be discounted because there is no obvious injury; she alleged that the children often contact her while they are in Kroy’s care.

She also added some text messages supposedly sent by one of Kroy’s previous romantic partners, who was said to have seen him being abusive. The new accusations bring a new twist to a bitter custody case in which both parents have accused the other of putting the children at risk.

The Estranged Couple’s Daughter Steps In As Divorce Battle Intensifies 

The divorce saga is weighing on their kids, as The Blast previously reported, and Kim’s oldest daughter, Ariana Biermann, recently stood up for her mother, claiming she’d fought “to her very last breath” for her children.

Kim’s adoptive daughter, Ariana, also revealed she has not been in contact with her adoptive father in recent months after marrying Kim.

According to Ariana, most of her conversations with Kroy now revolve around seeing her younger siblings. She also recognized the emotional impact of the divorce she has experienced over the years and how it has affected the family, and how her own divorce experience helped her grow.

Ariana also responded to previous statements regarding helping to financially support her parents, stating that Kim and Kroy have both received her money.

She said that Kroy was supportive of her decision to share her story on Next Gen NYC, even though there were tensions within the family, but they’re still going through what she called “waves.”

The reality star previously revealed that both Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann benefited from money she earned through brand deals, although she maintained that her mother always paid her back.

Despite publicly discussing the strain caused by her parents’ financial issues, Ariana continued to stand by her mother, calling Kim her “best friend forever” and insisting that money would never come between them.
