Showgirl Mandy Haiker is bringing confidence and allure to the stage as a standout performer in the hit Las Vegas show “FANTASY.” A three-year veteran of the show, she credits her sense of empowerment to embracing what makes her unique and owning it unapologetically.

Offstage, she’s not exactly the same persona as onstage, but show knows just how to tap into the energy needed to captivate audiences. For Mandy, being a Vegas dancer isn’t just about looking sexy, but also about the confidence, transformation, and connection with the crowd.

For Mandy, who’s been dancing on the “FANTASY” stage for more than three years, the feeling of empowerment is all about knowing what she has “to offer.”

“What helps me tap into feeling empowered is knowing that what I have to offer is something somebody wants to see, even if it’s not for everyone,” she told The Blast exclusively. “Confidence is attractive, and if it’s genuine, people will be drawn to it.”

Getting Into The ‘Right Mindset’ Ahead Of A Sexy Shoot

To help get her into the proper mindset ahead of a sexy modeling shoot, Mandy uses her imagination to get her to the right place.

“Before stepping in front of the camera, I pretend I’m in one of Prince’s music videos,” she shared. “It puts me in the right mindset.”

Her photos prove that what she’s doing is working, because every single shot exudes confidence, allure, and that effortless, camera-ready energy she channels before stepping into the spotlight.

Vulnerability And Confidence Enters The Chat

Being a Vegas showgirl means owning your confidence and understanding how to balance it with vulnerability, something Mandy said isn’t hard to balance.

“Balancing vulnerability and confidence is not hard when you know that what you’re not confident in could inspire someone else or might not even be noticed by others,” she told The Blast. “Truly caring about how you view yourself is important, while also knowing how to sell your look.”

One misconception about being a showgirl that Mandy would like to clear up is that many believe they are the “same on and off the stage.”

“There are many misconceptions about being a showgirl. A common one I get is that we are the same on and off the stage,” she said. “My personality is nothing like what I show onstage, but I love tapping into it for my audience. Being a showgirl is a job like any other, not a full-time lifestyle choice. But I will say, it’s the best job in the world.”

A Day In The Life Of A ‘FANTASY’ Showgirl

A few months back, The Blast had the opportunity to visit the dancers of “FANTASY” during a rehearsal to get some more insight into what a day in the life of a showgirl looked like.

After a tour of the dressing room where they do their hair and makeup and get dressed for their first number, we walked over to the stage. As many of the dancers have said before, it’s not all glitz and glamour. The walk to the stage was a climb of about 20 steps, and remember, they are wearing heels, so it becomes a mini workout before the show begins.

The Blast also got to see the area the dancers do their quick changes between numbers, and it’s a tight space, so there’s a lot of work going on behind the scenes that audiences never get to see.

Another fact that many might not realize is that some dancers work five days a week or more and are considered full time. Others work four days a week, and some are just on call in case someone is out due to illness, injury, or vacation time. This means that each of the dancers need to know everyone’s part in case the need to fill in pops up.

A lot of dedication and hard work goes into what audiences see when the dancers step foot onto the stage night after night.

Lingerie by FANTASY: The Strip’s Sexiest Tease, the show’s new lingerie line, released in late 2025, marking a bold new era for the show. The beloved pieces in the collection are named after the dancers, who also wore the new line for their 2026 calendar shoot.

During a previous chat with the show’s creator and producer, Anita Mann, she credited the fans for the idea to launch the new lingerie line.

“We have a bustier and a corset that we’ve been wearing in the show in different numbers and after shows, we’ve always got people saying they want that corset. I said to myself one day, okay, we can do it and extend the brand and tell the customers, okay, you can get one,” Mann said. “We wear lingerie in the show in a number, actually two, and I thought, let’s do our own lingerie.”

In addition to the lingerie line, fans can also purchase the show’s annual calendar, featuring the dancers. Mandy is the June calendar model.
