New details about Bill Gates’ past relationship with Jeffrey Epstein are raising eyebrows after private messages tied to an Epstein-linked confidant surfaced in a report detailing the billionaire’s alleged personal life behind closed doors. According to new reports, Dr. Melanie S. Walker, a physician and former Gates Foundation employee who reportedly had a relationship with Gates, shared intimate details about the Microsoft co-founder with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein in emails and text messages contained in Justice Department files.

The report further alleges Walker described Bill Gates as “very gross” and “not the person ppl think” in private communications with Jeffrey Epstein while also discussing her personal relationship with the billionaire.

Walker reportedly joined the Gates Foundation in 2006 before later moving into Gates’ private office in 2017, where The Wall Street Journal claims the pair began a relationship. According to messages reviewed by the outlet, Epstein directly questioned Walker in January 2017 about whether she and Gates had been intimate.

Walker reportedly replied that they had not had sex but instead “went crazy on the whiteboard” while Gates’ staff waited outside. “We did have about three minutes at the beginning to take a deep breath and just stand there together,” Walker reportedly added, though the meaning behind the comment remains unclear.

Walker also allegedly told Epstein that Gates complained “about being too old and I said he was still a little too young for me.”

In one email sent in July 2017, Walker reportedly described Gates in unflattering terms while discussing the relationship with Epstein. According to the report, she called Gates “very gross” and claimed he was “not the person ppl think.”

Walker also allegedly described the billionaire as “a huge distraction” and claimed she felt “trapped.” At one point, Walker reportedly apologized to Epstein after Gates was allegedly “mean” to him.

The outlet also reported that Walker sought Epstein’s advice before a meeting with Gates and Larry Cohen, CEO of Gates’ private office, asking how she could ensure they took her proposals seriously. “Are there any signals I can send or words I can use to let him and [Bill Gates] know I’m not messing around?” she reportedly asked Epstein.

He allegedly replied, “With [Bill Gates]. All you would have to say, is you should know that I’ve told Jeffrey everything – everything.”

Walker then responded, “I’m worried he will immediately retaliate against me,” prompting Epstein to answer: “You can always say I also like blue dresses.”

Following the meeting, Walker reportedly told Epstein she had “a ‘blue dress’ emails and a few other embarrassing things.” She also wrote, “Yes, the stories are so eerily similar to all in media that he sounds Weinstein-like. I can’t be the only one.”

Walker also reportedly discussed tensions involving Melinda Gates, whom Bill divorced in 2021 after 27 years of marriage.

According to messages cited by the outlet, Walker suggested Melinda had grown uncomfortable with her presence. “Melinda is acting out against me through [foundation] channels. I need out asap,” Walker allegedly told Epstein.

The claims add to long-running scrutiny surrounding Bill’s relationship with Epstein, which Melinda has publicly criticized in the past.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Walker played a role in connecting Gates and Epstein years before their now-infamous association became public knowledge.

Walker reportedly claimed she first met Epstein in the 1990s after being introduced by Donald Trump at New York City’s Plaza Hotel. “I’ve known Jeffrey 28 years and this isn’t a joke – Donald Trump introduced us,” she allegedly wrote in a 2018 email.

The outlet reports Walker later introduced Gates to Epstein in 2011, describing the financier beforehand as “one of my closest friends.” She also reportedly wrote, “The world’s most gorgeous people hang around Jeffrey. He’s very discreet. Just saying…”

Interestingly, Walker later warned Gates to maintain “a healthy distance for anything of a personal nature” involving Epstein, cautioning that the disgraced financier preyed on people’s “weaknesses or proclivities.”

Gates has previously expressed regret over his relationship with Epstein and denied allegations of misconduct. A spokesperson for Gates told The Wall Street Journal the billionaire “was not aware of the nature of the relationship between Walker and Epstein, their shared motives, or the details of their history together.”

The spokesperson also claimed “Correspondence between Epstein and Walker reveals that Epstein was actively encouraging Walker to pursue a sexual relationship with Gates. The relationship between Walker and Gates was consensual and ended amicably. Walker continued to reach out to Gates periodically for years after.”

Walker’s attorney, David Fleissig, told the outlet she was “a survivor of Jeffrey Epstein” who endured “a coercive relationship that spanned decades and ended only with his death.”
