Addie's Favorite Cookie

The cookie charity drive was inspired by a local Vegas girl who beat cancer twice. Addie Stuart sat down for an interview with KTNV 13 to talk about her journey. Shooting on location at a luxury mansion graciously provided by one of Michele Sullivan's clients, Addie told her story on-camera about how important the staff at St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital was throughout her battle.

"She actually would cry when we’d leave St. Jude because they were so good to her,” Addie's mother told KTNV. She added that "We spent three months there, so we had to up and leave our home and our stability. Once we made it to St. Jude, they paid for our airfare, they paid for our housing, they paid for all the medical care. We really didn’t have a bill and she had the best care possible."

As for the inspiration for the unicorn cookie featured in the St. Jude's charity drive – they are Addie's favorite animal, so it was an easy choice.

Where To Get Them

The cookie drive will be going until the end of September and can be ordered via the bakery's Instagram page ... or by donating directly to Michele Sullivan's page on St. Jude, which has already raised over $600.
