Kim Zolciak has unraveled another layer of armory in her ongoing divorce battle!

The reality star reportedly introduced new evidence in the ongoing custody battle with her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, using an alleged conversation to back up her claim.

Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband have been stuck in an unending cycle of contentious divorce, which has metamorphosed into a custody battle, with the reality star temporarily losing primary physical custody.

Kim Zolciak Allegedly Gets A Warning From Her Estranged Husband’s Ex

The message was reportedly sent to Zolciak’s current boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, from one of Biermann’s exes, Bri, and the contents were reportedly targeted toward the Bravo alum.

The text advised Mowitz to warn Zolciak to prioritize caution when it comes to a lady named Maria. The text confirmed that Biermann and the mystery lady were in a sexual relationship and often told each other everything.

“She basically sends [redacted] to Kim’s house to be a spy. She even told him that [redacted] spent 10K on your credit card and sent it to her house. He doesn’t have anything to do with her other than that, and she is totally obsessed with him,” the text continued.

The Explosive Texts Also Came With An Apology

The sender told Mowitz to convey their apology to Zolciak, emphasizing that they are sorry for what Biermann has done to her.

The sender emphasized that they believe Zolciak’s story about Biermann being abusive, describing it as unprecedented, as it consists of bullying, belittling, and making his victim feel like the dumbest and worst person around.

As stated by TMZ, the alleged exchange has now become part of the former couple’s ongoing legal battle over custody of their children.

Zolciak and Biermann have remained involved in a lengthy and highly public divorce dispute that has continued to play out in court.

Kim Zolciak Previously Fired Concerning Allegations Against Kroy Biermann

The Blast stated that the estranged couple’s divorce took a nasty turn this month when the reality star made serious allegations against her estranged husband regarding his behavior around their children.

The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star stated in the filing that one of their sons became involved in a physical incident during an argument at Biermann’s home, and the child was “thrown over a couch.” 

Zolciak also expressed concerns about Biermann’s personal relationships, stating that he recently had a number of relationships with women and has not taken sufficient steps to prevent children from being exposed to adult behavior. 

In the filing, she said some of these encounters “were reportedly heard in the vicinity of the children’s rooms inside the home. A mystery woman was also reported to have spent time vacationing with Biermann and the kids.

The Bravo Alum Claims Uncomfortable Reports From Her Kids 

Additionally, the filing added that their children also reported that they would not see their father for long periods of time, but that they could hear intimate activity in another room of the house. 

Zolciak also accused Biermann of another incident involving one of the children and alleged that a pan had been thrown during an altercation.

The media personality reportedly expanded on her concerns in recent court filings, arguing that allegations involving one of her children were not taken seriously enough during their ongoing custody proceedings.

The filing states that the court-appointed guardian was told about an alleged incident with Biermann and one of their sons, but did not consider it to be a concern. She stated that the guardian mentioned her child’s size as a reason, but that it should have been about age, not size.

Inside Kim Zolciak’s Latest Custody Loss

The latest custody ruling arrangement stipulated that the Bravo personality will have parenting time every other weekend, while they continue to share legal custody.

The Blast shared that despite the status of their legal custody, Biermann has been given the authority to give the final say on major matters involving the children, such as education, religious upbringing, and non-emergency medical decisions.

Before this new ruling, Zolciak was previously restricted in her custody rights earlier this year, but the limitations were subsequently lifted after she completed a court-ordered therapy. 

Biermann’s request for emergency primary custody argued that their existing arrangement, where each parent cared for the two children before switching, was negatively affecting family stability.

He added that the arrangement prevented the children from remaining together consistently. He continued that such behavior is damaging to the kids’ well-being because she prioritized personal and professional interests over expert guidance and the children’s emotional needs.
