Olivia Rodrigo fans are feeling SOUR towards the chart-topping singer as of late.

This generations’ new pop princess has been getting a lot of heat from fans and naysayers alike over the past few months.

Most recently, Olivia received less than stellar reviews on her “Sour” merchandise to go along with her debut album.

Given her critical acclaim and new A-list status in the music industry, her merchandise has been selling like hot cakes.

The “Sour” merchandise is flying off the shelves, and while all of that is great and dandy, fans were less than thrilled upon receiving the highly sought-after merch.

Fans took to Twitter to express their discontent and anger over not only the quality of the product, but also the shipping time.

One fan explained they ordered their merchandise in May and still have yet to receive it, while another said they are moving soon and may never get the merch they ordered because of the major wait time.

This fan tweeted a photo of their purchase and wrote, “Bruh. @Olivia_Rodrigo you scamming us gays/girls out here. #sour I’m sour that I ordered a vintage wash tee and got this ugly sour merch. The shirt I ordered isn’t even listed anymore, this cheap/different s*** is. ??.”

Some fans even received merchandise with misspellings in the word ‘sour.’

Many fans were thrown off by the difference in color and make of the merch. One fan took to TikTok to compare what she *thought* she as ordering online versus what she actually got in the mail.

The fan ordered a lavender shirt with cuffed sleeves off of Olivia’s website; however, once she got her package delivered, it was a totally different story.

“Okay guys, I ordered this shirt in May. It’s really cute, it’s Lavender, it’s got little cuffs on the sleeves, cute,” she started her video off saying in front of a green screen with Olivia modeling the merch.

Cut to what she actually got and the fan said, “This is what I got, no cuff, it’s not Lavender and it looks like PJs. It’s not good and I’m sad.”

Needless to say, there were many more complaints just like this.

As previously mentioned, this isn’t the first time over the past few months that Olivia has received criticism and backlash online.

Last month, fans called out Olivia for using a “Blaccent,” which The Blast covered in depth.

Prior to that, she was called out by Courtney Love.

Love claimed Olivia copied the imaging for her Sour Prom event off of the Hole’s 1994 album cover for “Live Through This.”

As of now, Olivia has yet to address any of the backlash regarding her merchandise.
