Diddy cannot catch a break behind bars, with more accusers desperate for justice for his alleged crimes against them.
The disgraced record producer is facing a new D.A. probe that could lead to more criminal charges against him over two alleged sexual battery incidents.
The accuser, publicist Jonathan Hay, called out Diddy for allegedly harassing him on two separate occasions in 2020 and 2021.
Diddy Is Facing Sexual Battery Allegations

According to new reports, detectives have presented their findings on Hay’s claims to the L.A. County District Attorney. The D.A.’s spokesperson, Venusse Dunn, confirmed the news, noting that the case is now under review to determine if there’s enough evidence to charge Diddy.
Sources told TMZ that LAPD detectives investigated Hay’s claims for several months before submitting the case to the D.A. Hay’s sexual battery claims were initially filed in his hometown of Largo, Florida. However, the case was later transferred to authorities in L.A., where Diddy allegedly committed the crimes.
According to Hay’s claims, he became entangled with Diddy while working on a Christopher “Biggie Smalls” Wallace remix with Biggie’s son, CJ Wallace. He noted that Diddy would often show up while they were working and didn’t have any issues with him until that fateful day in 2020.
Inside The New Allegations Against The Incarcerated Music Mogul

CNN covered more on Hay’s allegations in 2025, reporting that he claimed the 2020 incident saw him in the same room with Diddy. Hay alleged that Diddy had used one of Biggie’s shirts to masturbate and later “removed the shirt to uncover his penis and told Hay to come finish him off.”
Hay’s police report stated that he had been shocked by Diddy’s actions, but that didn’t stop Diddy from allegedly ejaculating on Biggie’s shirt and throwing the ruined outfit on him. Hay recalled Diddy saying, “Rest in peace BIG,” while throwing the shirt.
The second alleged incident occurred in 2021 when Hay accused Diddy of forcing him to perform oral sex. He argued that the incident made him feel suicidal, telling the outlet that Diddy did not deserve to regain his freedom and should stay locked up forever.
The Accuser Was Initially Scared To Share His Story
Hay first considered coming clean about his traumatic experiences in 2023 when he contacted a civil attorney to discuss his claims of being sexually battered by Diddy. But he got cold feet after speaking with the lawyer, as he felt “terrified” about standing against a man as powerful as Diddy.
Things changed when Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, dropped her scathing lawsuit that eventually ignited the record producer’s fall from grace. As more people came out to accuse Diddy of horrible crimes, Hay became confident about sharing his story. In his words:
“That’s when I was like, ‘Okay, now is my time.’ Finally, I just decided that, alright, I’m going to go forward with this.”
The Duo Named In The Sexual Battery Case Denied The Allegations
Besides Diddy, CJ Wallace was also named as a defendant in Hay’s case. The accuser claimed Wallace and others had “conspired” with Diddy to “allow or assist in Combs’ ability to carry out” his actions against Hay. However, both parties vehemently denied the allegations.
Wallace filed a defamation lawsuit against Hay, claiming the latter had dropped false claims against him in retaliation. Wallace alleged that Hay was upset because Biggie’s estate had chosen not to release the majority of the songs produced back in 2020.
Wallace’s legal reps slammed Hay’s claims as “a complete fantasy, totally devoid of reality.” Diddy’s reps echoed similar sentiments, arguing that the rapper could not respond to “every meritless allegation in what has become a media circus.” Jonathan Davis, Diddy’s civil attorney, stressed that his client had denied all allegations of wrongdoing.
Diddy Lost His Lawsuit Against A Documentary About His Downfall

Months after Hay’s sexual battery allegations against Diddy made waves in 2025, The Blast reported in April that the incarcerated entertainer had lost his lawsuit against NBCUniversal. The music mogul had sued the production giant and those responsible for the documentary, “Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy.”
The rapper argued that the documentary had defamed him with false allegations about his life and career, including his alleged ties to the deaths of Kim Porter, Notorious B.I.G., and Heavy D. However, Judge Phaedra F. Perry-Bond dismissed the case on a lack of substantial evidence.
The judge noted that Diddy could not prove how the documentary had defamed him, as the project featured “counterstatements to the allegedly defamatory statements” that the 56-year-old cited. Additionally, the documentary detailed Diddy’s denial of the allegations against him.
