McComb tied the knot with actor Scott Michael Campbell on Saturday in Missoula, Montana, three months after the death of her former husband James Van Der Beek.
The Daily Mail obtained photos from the ceremony through Dennis Webber Photography, while McComb also shared images from the special day on Instagram.
In her announcement, the “Mommy Is A Murderer” actress revealed that her sister, Essence Atkins, officiated the wedding.
“Yesterday @scottmichaelcampbell and I under the covenant of God got officially married by my beautiful sister [Essence Atkins] surrounded by the people we love most in the world in our most favorite city Missoula Montana,” McComb wrote to her followers.
She added that the couple felt overwhelmed by the support surrounding them during the ceremony.
McCombs wrote, “Our hearts are full and humbled by all of the love that we were surrounded by. God is so good.”
She also thanked loved ones who traveled across the country to celebrate with them, adding, “Thank you Jesus the way maker miracle worker!”

Following Van Der Beek’s passing, Heather McComb publicly mourned the 48-year-old in a heartfelt Instagram tribute.
She admitted she was “heartbroken over the loss of beloved James” and “especially heartbroken” for his wife, Kimberly, and their children.
McComb reflected on the years they spent together and praised the late Hollywood star’s spirit, faith, and humility. She described Van Der Beek as “a beautiful soul filled with so much light, love, talent, humor, depth, sensitivity, knowledge and a deep love of God that shined through him.”
She also recalled how deeply devoted he was to his family. According to McComb, Van Der Beek “loved being a father so much” and “loved Kimberly with his everything,” calling the couple “true soulmates.”
McComb admired how Kimberly supported him throughout his illness, saying, “How she showed up for him with such grace is so beautiful and something I will forever admire.”
She further noted that Van Der Beek’s openness during his health battle became a source of inspiration to others, writing that “because of his boldness to share his journey with the world so bravely is now a blessing to all.”
Van Der Beek And McComb Maintained A Friendship After Divorce

James Van Der Beek and Heather McComb said “I Do” in July 2003 during a Malibu wedding attended by several celebrity friends, including “Dawson’s Creek” co-stars Michelle Williams and Busy Philipps, as well as Soleil Moon Frye.
Unfortunately, the union was short-lived, ending in 2010 after seven years. Although the pair’s marriage ended, they reportedly remained on good terms.
According to a report from PEOPLE at the time, the divorce was described as “totally amicable” by Van Der Beek’s representative.
“They remain good friends,” the representative told the outlet at the time.
Following mediation, the “Texas Ranger” actor was ordered to pay McComb spousal support for two years while retaining their North Hollywood home, along with rights to his residuals and screenplays.
Van Der Beek later went on to marry Kimberly in 2010. Together, they built a large family and welcomed six children.

“I never expected that,” Van Der Beek said, adding, “I never just stopped to appreciate what I’d done.” He added, “And I will say, every time somebody says, ‘I’m praying for you, and I’m wishing you the best,’ I appreciate it.”
Following his passing, Kimberly shared the heartbreaking news on Instagram, writing, “Our beloved James David Van Der Beek passed peacefully this morning.”
She added that the actor “met his final days with courage, faith, and grace,” while asking for privacy as the family mourned “our loving husband, father, son, brother, and friend.”
