It’s cheese’s time to shine!
Cheese is shedding its guilty-pleasure reputation and stepping into the spotlight as a protein-packed staple. Just in time for National Cheese Day on June 4, Undeniably Dairy is introducing the Parm Bar, a limited-edition snack made from real parmesan cheese, in collaboration with Peloton instructor Adrian Williams.
With growing awareness around cheese as a source of protein, the Parm Bar aims to fill a gap for fitness enthusiasts looking for a convenient, high-quality option to fuel workouts and aid muscle recovery.
To celebrate the launch, Undeniably Dairy is hosting a limited-time giveaway from June 2 through June 5 on Instagram, giving fans the chance to win a Parm Bar along with cheese-inspired merchandise.
Adrian Williams sat down with The Blast to chat about his partnership with the brand, as well as give some great health and wellness tips we all could use.
Adrian Williams’ Partnership Is Just In Time For National Cheese Day

Williams was happy to partner with Undeniably Dairy because he said dairy, especially cheese, is part of his daily routine, despite many people in the “wellness space” not including cheese as a healthy part of their diet.
“In the wellness space, people always disregard cheese as such a great protein source,” he told The Blast exclusively. “But I also think it’s getting rid of that stigma of cheese equals bad dairy. It’s completely untrue.”
He also explained that the “source” is important. And it’s now Parm Bar’s time in the spotlight.
On National Cheese Day, June 4, Parm Bar will be giving away a limited number of kits to celebrate the occasion. Fans can enter from June 2 to 5 via @Undeniablydairy on Instagram to win a kit that includes curated workout gear such as: Parm Bar sleeveless hoodie, Swiss cheese inspired headband, hand grippers, an outdoor Bluetooth speaker, and a Parm Bar.
Adrian Williams Wants Everyone To Know Dairy Absolutely Fits Into Your Daily Routine

Williams, known for his realistic approach to fitness and balance, wants people to understand that dairy can easily fit into your daily routine for health and wellness.
“I think it’s important that everybody thinks of themselves as individuals when we’re thinking about what is necessary for them. It’s really important to talk to a nutritionist because they’re going to tailor things to your specific goals,” he said. “Once you know what those goals are and what you potentially need or where you could be lacking, I think that’s where we go in and suggest certain things.”
For Williams, dairy is something he enjoys morning, noon, and night.
“I do have cheese on my eggs for breakfast,” he said. “I love it as a snack midday. If you are someone who likes some protein and you’re looking for an easy source, this is an easy one.”
Adrian Williams Shares Fitness Tips To Get Your Exercise Journey Started
For some, motivation might be a challenge, or knowing how to get started on a fitness journey. Williams said to start with the “easy thing.”
“I think we overcomplicate things, especially if you are on the outside of a community looking in, it can be intimidating and scary,” he told The Blast. “So do the easy thing. Do the thing that actually makes you feel good. It might not be what your friend, your spouse, or family members are doing, but it might be something that resonates with you.”
He added that with multiple ways to move your body, the possibilities are endless, and that there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to fitness. Some great options include running on the treadmill, Pilates, yoga, lifting weights, and many others.
Williams also shared that workouts don’t have to be an hour, they can be just 10 minutes, and then once your body starts to want more, you’ll “naturally want to do it.”
What About The Days When Motivation Is Low?

We all have low motivation days; the days where we just don’t want to do much, and that’s actually ok. So how do we tackle those days?
“Sometimes when I don’t want to move, I just don’t. I try to give myself space to feel that way. Every day is not going to be your best,” Williams shared. “Some workouts, even though you’ve done them a hundred times, don’t feel great because maybe the kids kept you up, maybe you’re being overworked, maybe your are in school for all hours of the day. You have to meet that day with where you are an hour you feel. And sometimes it’s okay to say maybe I am just going to pay attention to recovery and do the thing that’s the least stressful.”
He added that “movement doesn’t always have to be a workout. Movement can be recovery.”
Speaking of recovery, many may view recovery separate from your workout, but Williams shared that “recovery is part of your workout.”
All About ‘Great Things With Adrian’
In addition to working as a Peloton instructor, Williams also has a long-form conversation series called “Great Things With Adrian.” He chats with founders, athletes, and cultural leaders to tell the real stories behind their success.
“Connection and community is why I am in the spaces that I’ve worked in, and I wanted more of it in my day-to-day, so I like to highlight other people,” he told The Blast. “It’s interesting that I am at Peloton because being the center of attention was never for me.”
It was a friend and coworker who shifted that picture for Williams, explaining that he’s not there to be the center of attention, but rather, to help “provide people a source of whether it’s energy, positivity, or motivation.”
He explained that when he began “Great Things,” it was something that he got from his grandmother.
“She would always say to us when we were kids, when we were frustrated because we maybe didn’t do so well on a test or maybe going for a job was taking longer than it was supposed to, she would always say, ‘great things take time,’ and be patient with them,” he shared. “And so when I started ‘Great Things,’ I was like, how can I highlight people and give folks information that’s beneficial to them? So if I can help folks feel grounded, inspired, seen, heard…then for me, I am really happy.”
