In the teaser for the explosive “Southern Hospitality” reunion, coming next week, reality star Michols Pena accused Mia Alario of hooking up with Wilson and lying about it. The major allegation comes on the heels of Wilson confirming his romance with Batula after intense speculation mounted.

The cast of “Southern Hospitality” is wrapping up their fourth season, and their first studio reunion airs on Bravo next week. In the trailer, the cast goes head-to-head, confronting each other over the drama that unfolded throughout the season.
At one point, during the intense sit-down gathering, veteran player Pena blasted Alario with a major accusation, saying, “You lied about f-cking West,” to which Alario clapped back, “When did I lie?” Pena shot back, “You even told [‘Southern Charm’ star] Salley Carson to f–k him because the d–k was so good.”
Alario attempted to defend herself, stating, “I didn’t tell Salley Carson that.” However, Alario’s former boss and “Southern Hospitality” frontwoman, Leva Bonaparte, chimed in, saying, “I was there when you told her that.”
While fans will have to wait for the rest of the moment to play out on air, the cast was visibly shocked, as they all screamed and looked at each other with surprised faces.
Alario Previously Admitted To ‘Messing’ With West Wilson, Also Called Out Another ‘Summer House’ Star
Pena’s accusation about Alario isn’t alarming, given that the latter confessed to “messing” with Wilson earlier this year.
While speaking with Page Six, Alario shaded “Summer House” veteran Lindsay Hubbard, saying the latter was “cold” to her at BravoCon 2025. But it wasn’t because Alario did something to her—so she says.
“I was messing with her best friend’s ex. So sister, I get it,” Alario confessed, referring to Wilson. “You want to cold shoulder me, sister? That’s fine.”
Elsewhere during the conversation, Alario claimed that Hubbard shaded her during a live panel at BravoCon. After Cohen mentioned that Wilson went on a date with Alario, Hubbard asked, “How many followers does she have?”

The news of Alario’s alleged hookup with Wilson comes at an interesting time, as the latter is currently in the hot seat at the “Summer House” reunion after confirming his romance with Batula.
Their relationship is under fire because of Wilson’s past connection to his co-star, Ciara Miller, who was also Batula’s best friend, according to The Blast.
Batula and Wilson opened up about their relationship on Instagram after weeks of intense speculation, writing, “It was never our intention to purposely hide anything. Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we need a little space to process things privately before speaking on it.”
The pair explained that they’ve shown up for each other a great deal over the last few months, and their romance was “the last thing either of us expected.”
“Our connection grew out of a genuine, long-standing friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care,” they finished.

Speaking of hookups in the Bravoverse, after Wilson admitted to being in a relationship with Batula, who also announced her separation from her husband of four years, Kyle Cooke, in January 2026, Miller accused him of sleeping with another Bravoleb.
According to Page Six, Miller claimed Wilson slept with “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Jennifer Fessler at some point over the last two years. Her allegation came after Fessler said Wilson was “the cutest, sweetest golden retriever puppy dog.”
She added, “He does not mean any harm. He didn’t mean it. He’s just trying to have a good time. He doesn’t wanna hurt anyone. Give him a break. Girl…”
Will Miller Return To ‘Summer House’ For Another Season After The Most Recent Drama?
With all of the drama lingering, it’s still unclear whether Miller will return to Bravo for another season of “Summer House” or if she will sit on the sidelines for season 11.
According to The Blast, a source said that the 30-year-old New Yorker is on the fence, but leaning toward returning for “one last season to prove a point.”
Although Miller will be busy filming other projects, like “DWTS” and “Love Island Aftersun,” the insider explained that there’s a chance she’ll make a comeback to confront Wilson and Batula one last time.
