When the photos went viral, users mocked the Teen Mom OG alum, with several fans saying she looked “ridiculous.” In 2025, Farrah promised to stop undergoing procedures, citing a desire to pursue a more natural approach.

Farrah Abraham has admitted to a range of cosmetic procedures, including two facelifts, two neck lifts, a brow lift, two breast enhancements, an upper blepharoplasty, and lip injections and Botox. In 2025, she estimated having spent $50,000 on procedures, just for her mouth. Last year also saw the Nebraska native vow to end having work done as she stated she’s now suffering from health issues.

“I don’t want any more surgeries, but there’s, I guess like a degenerative disc disease in my jaws. So if you could imagine I can’t, you know, use my jaw,” she told the Pillow Talk podcast last year, adding: “Because I was having those allergic reactions to some of the fillers, I’m like, ‘I need, I need to stop this.’ It was bothering everything.” Farrah Abraham joined the cast of Teen Mom in 2009.
