The politician’s granddaughter has now secured a temporary restraining order against her alleged stalker, which means he must stay within certain parameters around the personality.

Donald Trump’s Granddaughter’s Latest Legal Win
The president’s granddaughter reportedly filed the petition in Palm Beach County Court against her alleged stalker, identified as a 26-year-old Gabriel Garza Jr.
The temporary restraining order was granted in April and has ordered Garza to desist from stalking, cyberstalking, or committing any criminal offense resulting in physical injury or death.
The alleged stalker is also ordered not to go within 500 feet of her current residence and place of work. Kai stated in her petition that Garza is homeless and currently lives in his car in the Jupiter/Palm Beach County area.
The hearing was initially scheduled for April 30, but Kai asked that it be postponed because of her high school requirement, which restricts her from leaving the premises until 3:00 pm.
As confirmed by TMZ, the judge extended the restraining order until May 2027, and Garza was ordered to surrender all firearms while also staying away from any event Kai attends.
Kai Trump Has A History Of Stalking Incidents
Last June, The New York Post reported that Secret Service agents arrested a 23-year-old man after he allegedly breached security at President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida.
Authorities identified the suspect as Anthony Thomas Reyes, who reportedly scaled the wall surrounding the property shortly after midnight before being taken into custody.
During questioning, Reyes allegedly told officers he wanted to have a conversation with the president and marry the president’s 19-year-old granddaughter. Investigators revealed this was not Reyes’ first attempt to access the exclusive resort, as he had previously been spotted trying to enter on New Year’s Eve.
Reyes was subsequently charged with trespassing at the state level, although he could face federal charges due to Mar-a-Lago’s status as a federally protected site. At the time of the incident, Trump was reportedly in Washington, D.C., but a statement confirmed that he was aware of the development.
However, the breach did catch officials by surprise because Mar-a-Lago has extensive security measures in place, such as guarded gates, mandatory screening procedures, and posted warnings prohibiting trespassing.
