Donald Trump‘s eldest daughter, Ivanka Trump, was reportedly the target of an alleged “assassination plot” by Mohammad Baqer Saad Dawood Al-Saadi, who has been described as an IRGC-trained terror suspect.

Al-Saadi allegedly ran surveillance on Ivanka’s Florida home and shared a map on social media while issuing a chilling threat that “neither your palaces nor the Secret Service will protect you.”

Unlike Ivanka, whose alleged plot was foiled following Al-Saadi’s arrest, her father has survived several attempts on his life over the past two years.

Federal law enforcement and intelligence officials have reportedly uncovered a sophisticated assassination plot that allegedly targeted Ivanka Trump.

According to FOX News, the suspect, identified as 32-year-old Mohammad Baqer Saad Dawood Al-Saadi, allegedly targeted Ivanka as “revenge” for the 2020 U.S. drone strike that killed powerful IRGC Quds Force Commander Qasem Soleimani.

Al-Saadi reportedly viewed Soleimani as a mentor and father figure. After the 2020 strike, he allegedly “pledged” to associates that he would “burn down the house of Trump” by targeting the president’s family.

“After Qasem was killed, he [Al-Saadi] went around telling people, ‘We need to kill Ivanka to burn down the house of Trump the way he burned down our house,’” Entifadh Qanbar, a former deputy military attaché at the Iraqi embassy in Washington, told the news outlet.

Al-Saadi Reportedly Surveilled Ivanka’s Home

Al-Saadi reportedly was not bluffing, as he soon escalated the alleged plot into an active operational planning phase.

According to the news outlet, Al-Saadi posted a map showing the area where Ivanka’s Miami home is located, where she lives with her husband, Jared Kushner, and their three children, Arabella Rose, Theodore James, and Joseph Frederick.

Alongside the image, he allegedly issued threats in Arabic, saying, “I say to the Americans, look at this picture and know that neither your palaces nor the Secret Service will protect you. We are currently in the surveillance and analysis stage. I told you, our revenge is a matter of time.”

Trump ordered the 2020 drone strike that killed Al-Saadi’s mentor in Baghdad and celebrated Soleimani’s death as a major victory. “We caught him in the act and terminated him,” the U.S. president said at the time.

Al-Saadi has since been arrested and extradited to the United States, ending the alleged threat against Ivanka.

He was apprehended in Turkey on May 15 and later extradited to the U.S., where he is being charged in connection with 18 attacks across Europe and the United States, according to the Department of Justice.

Al-Saadi is accused of being behind several attacks involving U.S. and Jewish targets, including the March firebombing of the Bank of New York Mellon in Amsterdam, the stabbing of two Jewish victims in London in April, and a March shooting at the U.S. consulate in Toronto.

He also allegedly held a personal vendetta against Jewish people. In some of his social media posts, Al-Saadi reportedly posed beside a missile and said they would be fired to “pound the stronghold of Zionism.”

Al-Saadi is currently being held in solitary confinement at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he faces extensive terrorism and conspiracy charges.

Ivanka Recalled Her Father’s Foiled Assassination Attempt

Unlike Ivanka’s singular tangible threat, her father has faced multiple attempts on his life, especially in the buildup to his second term in office.

During a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, in July 2024, the billionaire politician narrowly survived after a gunman opened fire on him. More recently, gunman Cole Tomas Allen allegedly attempted to storm the main ballroom at the Washington Hilton during the annual White House Correspondents’ Dinner in a bid to make an attempt on his life.

Describing her reaction to her father’s foiled assassination attempt, Ivanka said the experience was horrifying, but she was also convinced he would survive.

“I was horrified, and I was scared. And I was protective of my children,” she said during an interview with Steven Bartlett on “The Diary of A CEO” podcast. “I just knew it wasn’t his time,” Ivanka added. “I feel incredibly lucky that he was protected that day.”

Ivanka was actively involved in politics during her father’s first term in office but has since stepped back to lead a more private life with her family.

Ivanka said her decision to leave politics was largely influenced by her desire to be more present with her children. She explained that her ultimate goal was to be the “best freaking mom” to them.

“Every time I had to miss something, I was like, ‘I’d never let this happen again the moment that I leave the White House,’” she said in an interview with Access Hollywood.

Ivanka added that politics came with a cost, and it was not one she wanted her children to pay.
