Some attendees claimed the show’s 10-foot-tall elevated walkways, which circle portions of the stadium floor, blocked their view of Styles despite paying premium prices for floor access.
In response, the tour rep explained that the layout was intentionally designed to create a more immersive concert experience. “The floor concept was designed to give fans freedom of movement and the ability to experience the show from different positions, rather than being confined to one fixed viewing angle,” the statement read.
The rep added that the setup reflects the type of atmosphere Styles has aimed to create during previous tours. “That open, free-flowing floor experience has always been an essential part of Harry’s live shows.”
Styles’ Team Says Problem Areas Are Being Reviewed
While defending the design, the tour team acknowledged that some sections may have experienced viewing issues.
“A small area of the staging in specific floor positions appears to have had a restricted sightline,” the statement continued. “Those areas are being reviewed carefully and adjusted where possible in compliance with all safety restrictions.”
According to Variety, additional changes to the setup are expected to be made in the coming days.

The outlet noted that while Styles was occasionally obscured by the elevated walkways, moving around the floor, which reportedly had ample room, often improved the experience. Since Styles rarely remained in one place for long during the performance, some of the sightline concerns appeared temporary rather than constant.
