Even more touching was the emotional tribute Vanessa penned to the 19-year-old, who is set to play golf for the University of Miami in August.
“Happy Birthday to my firstborn, Kai. I am beyond proud of you and all that you have accomplished. Watching you graduate from high school and begin this new chapter into adulthood is one of the proudest moments of my life,” the mother of five wrote.
Vanessa also emphasized how Kai had “worked so hard” to get to where she is today, before describing her as an “amazing young woman, smart, strong, kind, and determined.”

Aside from Kai, Vanessa also shares four other children with Trump Jr., whom she welcomed over the roughly 13 years of their marriage.
Despite having such a large brood, Vanessa seems to be excelling at raising them all, as her former sister-in-law, Ivanka Trump, hinted in an interview with PEOPLE Magazine.
“My sister-in-law Vanessa is a machine,” Ivanka told the outlet in 2018. “She can take all of [my children] and not even notice. She has five children, and she’s Wonder Woman to me.”
“She can be taking care of them all simultaneously, each pulling on her and have direct meaningful connections with each of them at one time. It’s remarkable,” she added.
