The 38-year-old actress is currently making headlines for being the magazine’s latest Cover Girl, joining this year’s more “diverse” crowd. While last year saw stars including actress Salma Hayek and gymnast Olivia Dunne featured, 2026 is featuring faces including Alix Earle, Nicole Williams English, and Tiffany Haddish. Smoldering in a skintight swimsuit for her cover, Hilary showed off her fit figure and what some fans suspected was a body subject to either editing or “Ozempic,” but others loved it. One even claimed that the former Disney star has gotten “way hotter.”

Enjoying a shoot in South Caicos while rocking a slightly ruched Vitamin A bathing suit, Hilary let one strap fall down as she flaunted her curves, displaying her toned legs and golden tan while wearing her light hair down. Further images in the blonde’s shoot also showed her in a SKIMS top and OYE bikini, with the latter showing her striking a glamorous poolside pose.
For her Cover photo, Hilary struck a seated pose in powder-white, fine sands, modeling a cleavage-baring, deep-but swimsuit in cream. Photographer Kat Irlin handled the entire shoot, which has now gone viral. When an X fan spotted the red swimsuit photo above, they appeared shocked, claiming that Hilary Duff has gotten “way hotter.” Hilary is no stranger to swimsuits and used to make regular headlines for her bikini-clad beach days.
Bikini Bombshell Says She’s No ‘Spring Chicken’
Speaking to the magazine, Hilary admitted to a few nerves, saying: “I’m a mom of four, and I’m not a spring chicken. I don’t typically frolic around in a bathing suit, so it was a little scary.” Continuing, she added: “But it was also incredibly empowering. It was a mostly female crew on set, and it really felt like a celebration of women.”
