Brittney Palmer Retired From UFC After More Than A Decade Inside The Octagon

While Palmer still dominates social media with glamorous bikini content and tropical vacation snaps, the longtime UFC star officially stepped away from her role inside the Octagon in late 2023.

Palmer Said It Was Simply ‘Time’ To Retire From UFC

Reflecting on the decision during an appearance on MMA Junkie Radio, Palmer admitted she had spent years thinking about when the right time to walk away would be. “I’ve done it for a long time and I think I’ve always had the question so many times. ‘When are you going to quit? When are you going to give another girl a shot?’” Palmer explained.
Brittney Palmer Said Her Expanding Art Career Changed Everything

The model and artist also revealed that balancing her growing art career alongside her UFC responsibilities ultimately helped push her toward retirement.
“I’m 36 years old,” she shared. “I always said that once my art career started to level up to where my UFC career is and I wasn’t able to commit to both evenly, that I would have to make the decision. It was just time. You feel it.”
Although her UFC era may be over, Palmer has continued thriving as a model, artist, and social media personality, proving she has no shortage of opportunities outside the Octagon.
