Dianna Russini’s personal life is back under the spotlight after the former ESPN reporter was photographed kissing her husband, Kevin Goldschmidt, during a Mother’s Day outing in New Jersey.

Exclusive photos obtained by Page Six showed the longtime sports reporter warmly embracing and kissing Goldschmidt outside their New Jersey home on Sunday. 

She was also seen holding the youngest of the couple’s two sons during the family moment. 

Russini and Goldschmidt tied the knot in 2020, and despite weeks of intense public scrutiny, sources claimed the pair have continued showing up together at family gatherings and children’s activities.

“People in the community have said they’ve been very resilient as a family,” a source told Page Six. “They haven’t been in hiding,” the insider added.

Russini And Vrabel Sparked Rumors After Arizona Trip

The sighting marked the first time Dianna Russini and her husband had been photographed together since her name became tied to an ongoing scandal involving New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel.

As The Blast reported, the 43-year-old first became linked to Vrabel after the pair were photographed together during a March trip to Arizona.

Exclusive photos showed Russini and the Patriots coach holding hands, dancing, lounging poolside, and sharing breakfast at a resort.

The images quickly ignited speculation, especially since both Russini and Vrabel are married. Vrabel has been married to his wife Jen since 1999.

After the photos circulated online, both Russini and Vrabel insisted the situation had been misunderstood. 

“These photos show a completely innocent interaction and any suggestion otherwise is laughable. This doesn’t deserve any further response,” the NFL coach said in a statement per The Blast.

Russini also defended the trip, explaining, “The photos don’t represent the group of six people who were hanging out during the day. Like most journalists in the NFL, reporters interact with sources away from stadiums and other venues.”

However, multiple eyewitnesses reportedly disputed claims that other friends were present during portions of the getaway.

The controversy surrounding Russini intensified after more photos connected to Vrabel emerged in the weeks that followed. 

Page Six later published images allegedly showing the pair getting close at a dimly lit New York City bar back in 2020.

An insider claimed Russini and Vrabel “were kissing” and “all over each other” during the outing. The attention surrounding the alleged relationship only grew after another set of photos surfaced from a private boat trip in Tennessee in 2021.

At the time, Russini was visibly pregnant with her first child. According to reports, Russini and Vrabel were reportedly the only two people aboard the boat during the outing in Putnam County.

Sources also claimed the pair appeared uncomfortable with photos being taken. As the allegations and rumors spread across social media and sports news platforms, both Russini and Vrabel largely stepped away from public commentary.

While she has remained mostly silent publicly since the scandal erupted, the intense media attention surrounding her private life continued dominating NFL headlines throughout the spring.

Vrabel also faced mounting scrutiny as questions about the scandal followed him during the 2026 NFL Draft. The 50-year-old later announced he would skip Day 3 of the draft in order to “seek counseling.”

Despite the public fallout, the Patriots organization publicly backed their head coach. “The New England Patriots fully support Mike Vrabel’s decision to prioritize his family first, as well as his own well-being,” the organization said in a statement released in April.

“Mike has been open with us about his commitment to being the best version of himself for his family, this team and our fans, and we respect the steps he is taking to follow through on that commitment.”

“That’s my coach,” Gonzalez said during a press conference earlier this month, adding, “That’s who I go out and play for, and he’s proven what he can do as a coach. That’s my guy, and I’m right behind Vrabes any time of day.”
