Kim Zolciak may want to end her chapter with Kroy Biermann, but he seems to have other plans!

The estranged couple has been at each other’s throats for years over their separation, with Zolciak pushing forward with a new man by her side. Now, Biermann appears to have followed in her footsteps.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann were married from 2011 until their 2023 separation. They share six children, including Zolciak’s two older daughters from previous relationships, whom Biermann adopted.

According to new reports, Biermann may have found love again with the most unexpected partner. The former NFL athlete turned heads over the weekend when he was spotted getting a little too friendly with Jillian Green, the ex-wife of Zolciak’s new beau, Kyle Mowitz.

Biermann and Green appeared to be quite close as they spent quality time bonding on a three-hour trek in Alpharetta, Georgia. The hiking trip saw the duo sharing smiles and hugs, looking more like a couple than friends, as seen in the pictures shared by TMZ.

The sighting comes months after Zolciak began dating Green’s ex-husband in the Spring of 2025. It is unclear when Biermann and Green became close; however, they have yet to confirm or deny the dating speculations that the outing sparked.

Over a month before Biermann and Green were spotted hiking together, The Blast reported that Zolciak had been dragged into her boyfriend’s divorce. In March, court documents revealed that Zolciak had agreed to a request made by Green’s attorneys to be questioned under oath.

The agreement between the women stated that the transcript from Zolciak’s deposition would not be publicized or available to third parties. Additionally, Zolciak would answer questions related to the money, gifts, or loans she may have received from Mowitz.

The list continued, with Zolciak providing all of her communications with Mowitz and documents related to any gifts she received from him. Following news of the deposition agreement, Zolciak’s attorney dubbed the move unnecessary because his client’s relationship with Green’s ex-husband started after their separation.

Green and Mowitz were reportedly married for seven years from 2017 until 2025, when they became embroiled in a $100M divorce battle. A year after their separation, Mowitz began a relationship with Zolciak in the Spring of 2025, between April and May.

There were no reports or claims of Zolciak and Mowitz having an affair while they were still married to their respective partners. Instead, their shared divorce experiences appeared to have strengthened their bond.

As for Zolciak’s ongoing divorce from Biermann, she allegedly waited two years after their separation before getting involved with another man. She once declared that she never wanted to date another athlete and was fine without Biermann in her life.

Kroy Biermann Is Allegedly Responsible For His Ex-Wife’s Deposition

When Zolciak declared she was doing well without Biermann, she never expected he would drag her into her lover’s messy divorce. Last October, TMZ reported that Green revealed during her deposition that Biermann had contacted her about Zolciak.

The former athlete allegedly told Green that Zolciak would “drain money” from Mowitz, claiming Zolciak had put deliveries of groceries from Instacart on Mowitz’s credit card. Additionally, Biermann warned Green that Zolciak was a narcissist with a gambling problem.

Green also shared that she met Biermann at her cousin’s house to avoid the paparazzi, stressing that they only met on that occasion. At the time, Green alleged they were not romantically involved and had not spoken for months before the deposition.

The drama between Zolciak and Biermann continued with the latter’s fight for sole custody of their children. The Blast reported earlier this month that a judge had sided with Biermann, giving him primary physical custody of the four minor children.

On the other hand, Zolciak was given limited parental time with the children on every other weekend. The estranged couple’s joint legal custody of the kids remained, but Biermann had the right to make decisions about their education, religion, and non-emergency medical situations.

Zolciak’s custody rights were initially limited in April after Biermann filed an emergency motion seeking primary custody. He accused Zolciak of neglect, arguing that she cared more about her image than their children’s well-being. Biermann’s primary custody win is only temporary until the outcome of a May 21 hearing.
