Kim Kardashian can become a lawyer another day, but not this year!

The reality star does not have plans to take any examinations this year, as far as the bar is concerned, after she closed out last year with the very unexciting news of her failing to pass the bar tests.

Kim Kardashian’s journey to becoming a lawyer kicked off in 2018 when she enrolled in California’s Law Office Study Program, which allowed her to study under the supervision of practicing attorneys.

The mother-of-four was noticeably absent in the bar room in February, and now it has been confirmed that she will not make the list for July. According to insiders, Kim is planning to wait things out until 2027 at least to try again for the bar.

However, no specific date has been set for when she would sit for the exam, but the deadline to sign up for February 2027 is January 4, 2027. As shared by TMZ, Kim announced that she failed to pass the bar in November, but it will not stop her from trying harder to pass future tests.

While she steps out of the classroom for a while, the star has her hands full with other personal commitments like shooting the family Hulu reality show, creating and running her SKIMS brand, and attending high-end events in Hollywood.

Failing one of the most anticipated results of her life definitely left a toll on the reality star. Kim revealed that she had studied for nine hours a day for months leading up to the exam to be able to get the required 1,390 points out of 2,000 points.

As shared by The Blast, Kim confessed that failing the exam left her feeling uncomfortable with herself and unsure of her abilities, after spending all that time preparing for success. The TV personality continued that while she took a moment to process her disappointment, she quickly gathered herself together and turned her mind towards better opportunities.

The actress noted that she also decided to reveal the results herself before the results were posted online, as she wants to be transparent with the fans who have been with her every step of the way.

The media personality used the opportunity to promise her fans that she is committed to taking the exams again, as she does not see failure as the end of the road.

Kim was inspired to go into law after the death of her father, Robert Kardashian Sr., who was on the defense team of O.J. Simpson when the latter was accused of the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman in 1994. The case shot up Robert’s popularity in America and ultimately set the stage for the Kardashians’ eventual pop culture takeover.

Despite Kim’s recent failure, she did record some huge wins along the way, like in 2021 when she passed the baby bar after three failed attempts. She also completed the four-year California Law Office Study Program (LOSP), an alternative route that allows students to study under practicing attorneys instead of attending law school.

The SKIMS founder, in a TikTok video of her glam session, lifted some more things off her chest regarding the role some spiritual agents played in her journey towards taking the exam. As noted by The Blast, Kim revealed that some psychics had told her she would pass the exam in flying colors, only to her surprise that she failed.

In her words: “I’m just letting you guys know that all of the f-cking psychics that we’ve met with and that we’re obsessed with are all f-cking full of sh-t.” She tagged them pathological liars whose words should be taken with a pinch of salt. 

Kim also admitted way before her results were released that she had used AI to study. According to her, she would take pictures and upload them to ChatGPT in pursuit of finding the right answers to her questions.

Unfortunately, AI did not guarantee her passing either because she failed all the time, and that leaves her frustrated. The beauty mogul emphasized that AI would even try to encourage her to trust her own instincts and answer those questions by herself.

However, Kim claimed that the system of learning does not do anything for her because she needs to learn something about the tests and not necessarily a life lesson.

While not worrying about the bar exam, the 45-year-old is setting another bar high. Kim made the red carpet roll call for the fashion event on Monday, May 4, keeping things bold, fun, and flirty in a metallic orange bodysuit hugging her curves, plus an open-front leather skirt.

According to Page Six, the look, created by sculptor Allen Jones and Whitaker Malemis, is a reference to Jones’ poster for “Maîtresse,” an explicit 1975 film about a leather-clad dominatrix.

Kim pulled her breastplate and leather skirt together with platinum blonde hair styled in tousled waves alongside nude heels. The mother of four siblings, including Kendall and Kylie Jenner, was also present, alongside the family matriarch, Kris Jenner.
