Stefon Diggs‘ former employee and accuser comes forward with another damning claim!
The athlete’s accuser adds more layers to their story, including claims that there was more to their relationship before things ever got to the employee-employer phase.
Stefon Diggs former personal chef, Jamila Adams, accused him of physical assault and strangulation stemming from a December 2025 incident at his home in Dedham, Massachusetts.
Stefon Diggs’ Accuser Detailed The Initial Phase Of Their Interaction

The footballer’s former chef dissected their complicated relationship in a Massachusetts courtroom. She explained that they started a conversation for the first time via Instagram messenger about five years ago when he approached her to cook for him.
Adams stated that they started as friends, until things became sexual between them, after which he offered her a job in February 2025. The terms stipulated that the chef would live with him and prepare his meals for a weekly salary of $2000.
She added that her job description was to make sure Diggs was healthy enough for his comeback year by feeding him the right diet. As stated by TMZ, Adams allegedly stayed in his home from July to December 2025 until trouble broke out in November within his inner circle.
The chef stated that a friend of Diggs’ baby’s mother claimed Adams was spreading information about him engaging in a sexual relationship with another woman on his staff, identified as Lindsay. The footballer reportedly confronted Adams when the report dropped, and things degenerated to the point where she was told she could not travel with Diggs and his team to a Miami trip due to the drama.
Jamila Adams’ Recollection Of The Day Of The Assault

The chef continued that a few moments before the assault happened, she expressed her disappointment about missing out on Art Basel to Diggs, as she had earlier made plans with his then-girlfriend, Cardi B.
Adams revealed that she was so frightened when their interaction escalated into a physical altercation that she lost control of her bladder and experienced bleeding due to her menstrual cycle.
She noted that she later packed her belongings and left town for a trip to New York City with another staff member, but made sure to give Diggs his birthday gifts before departing. According to the chef, she decided to keep silent about the incident to the staffer at the time because that individual also had a sexual relationship with the NFL player.
Adams added that when she tabled the matter to the police, she decided to delete some text messages before submitting their conversations, explaining that she was concerned about how the messages might be interpreted.
Stefon Diggs Entered A Not Guilty Plea Deal In The Case Last December
The NFL star, last December, was formally charged with charges of felony strangulation or suffocation and misdemeanor assault and battery charges, after Adams claimed he strangled her over a payment dispute.
The Blast noted that she contacted authorities about two weeks after the incident occurred. According to him, she recalled being inside her bedroom in the home with her door unlocked when the footballer stepped in to discuss her claims about not receiving a payment.
Adams explained that Diggs got irritated during their discussion and went on to slap her across the face, which she responded to by pushing him away. She continued that he also tried to choke her by going behind her with his arm wrapped around her neck, thus obstructing her breathing.
The chef revealed that she almost blacked out from the experience, and when Diggs was done torturing her, he threw her on the bed, mouthing “Thought so,” as he left the bedroom.
The Professional Footballer’s Public Image Allegedly Worsened By Recent Split From Cardi B

An influencer, named Christopher Griffith, who also accused the athlete of sexual assault, explained in court documents in April that his public reputation suffered a decline due to his recent split from the “Bodak Yellow” rapper.
As noted by The Blast, Griffith added that Diggs’ messy personal life has painted him as a villain in the tabloid press, and that might be linked to his emotional distress. Griffith’s response was to the content of a defamation lawsuit filed by Diggs, which claimed that his income and reputation suffered significant damage due to his allegations.
The influencer also referred to Diggs’ viral video from 2025, where he was captured with multiple women on a yacht indulging in some substance, which further damaged his reputation down the drain, alongside his performance as a sportsman.
In his words: “Any of these could independently account for reputational harm, emotional distress, or lost business relationships.”
Stefon Diggs Was Reportedly Let Go By His Football Team Post Super Bowl Loss

The New England Patriots reportedly notified the NFL player on Wednesday, March 4, about their intention to part ways with him following the start of the 2026 NFL league year and the free agency period on March 11.
Diggs’ exit from the team was reported to be a conclusion of his brief, one-season stint with the team after signing in 2025. Reports from Sports Illustrated also indicated that financial considerations played a major role in the decision.
The wide receiver was seemingly set to carry a $26.5 million cap hit into 2026 and was due $6 million in guaranteed money in the coming days if he retained his spot on the roster.
Furthermore, off-field drama also heavily influenced the move from the team’s end, such as the NFL pro’s ongoing legal matters during his time with the team. Ultimately, the decision was not a tough one on the side of the New England Patriots.
Will Stefon Diggs give any reaction to these most recent claims?
