Coco Jones attended the Billboard Women in Music Awards in a stunning hot pink gown with flirty details. Although she didn’t take home an award, she stepped on stage to present the Rising Star Award to Mariah the Scientist, looking resplendent under the dim stage lighting.

On April 30, she shared her look on both Instagram and X, with the caption “Prom Queen.” Fans agreed wholeheartedly, flooding the comments with praise. Critics, however, had a few things to say.

Coco Jones Looks Stunning In Pink

In this photo, Coco Jones slayed a hot pink Lucia Hohan “Qiana” gown. Its subtly shimmering fabric sculpted her hourglass from the bust down through a snatched waist and out over her hips, before flowing freely with a thigh-high slit that she stepped out of in some snaps to show her glowing leg.

Thin spaghetti straps supported a dangerously plunging neckline, and just below the bust, a diamond-shaped cutout teased even more skin.

The drama continued at the back with a daring open-back design featuring a sexy lace-up detail running down her spine. A ruched tail flowed from the waist into a sweeping train, adding movement to the look.

Jones wore her hair in rich chestnut brown with warm caramel and honey highlights. To complete the monochrome look, she finished with pink heels, dangling pink-stone earrings, and flawless glam featuring pink blush tones.

Fans Crown Her ‘Prom Queen’

On Instagram, over 100,000 fans hit the like button. “Beautiful looking elegant lady,” one person wrote in the comments. “A queen through and through,” a second fan added. But while her Instagram fans embraced the “Prom Queen” caption, some X users chose to troll instead.

“Aren’t you pushing 30 what prom you talking about,” one user asked. Another added, “You bouta get Klayed,” referencing the recent breakup of Megan Thee Stallion and Klay Thompson. Even on Instagram, a commenter veered off to her relationship, asking her to break up with Mitchell because he’s been playing “bad” and “needs to lock in for playoffs.”

Jones and Mitchell, however, have been engaged since 2025, and the couple appears to be going strong regardless of public commentary.

She Is In Her Soft Girl Era

Earlier at the 2026 Fashion Trust U.S. Awards, Coco Jones turned heads in a similarly soft-toned look.

With her hair styled in a sleek ponytail, she looked gorgeous in a peach Cult Gaia “Jahzara” halter-neck gown featuring an ultra-deep plunge and a curve-hugging silhouette. Her makeup carried the same romantic energy, and her smile? Breathtaking.

Coco Jones Is So ‘Princess Coded’

Coco Jones wore this outfit to the Los Angeles premiere of “The Drama” on March 17. She stunned in the dove-gray Andrew Kwon gown featuring a corset bodice and a bustier shape that accentuated her décolletage.

Instead of traditional sleeves, ruched fabric extended upward into a veil draped over her head, a nod to the film’s wedding theme. The skirt flowed from the bodice in a V-shape, creating a soft, elegant silhouette that ended in soft ruffles and a subtle train, pooling beautifully on the carpet.

“She’s in her princess era,” a fan commented on Instagram. “You’re so princess coded,” another added, summing up the entire comments section. Even on X, some fans are pushing for a live-action “The Princess and the Frog,” with Jones as Princess Tiana and Jafaar Jackson as Prince Naveen.

Fans Are Expecting Her To Show Out At The Met Gala

Fans have been eagerly anticipating Coco Jones’ appearance at the 2026 Met Gala. The guest list may be top secret, but Coco Jones’ name is swirling in the rumor mill as a potential attendee.

On X, someone shared excitement about whether she would extend her now-signature “soft and girly glam” to fashion’s biggest night. For now, it’s all fingers crossed until 6:00 PM EDT.
