A rising influencer’s lawsuit has thrown streamer Clavicular into a storm of serious allegations.

The case, which centers on events that allegedly began in 2025, has quickly drawn attention online.

While the claims paint a troubling picture, Clavicular is pushing back firmly through legal representation, setting the stage for a tense courtroom battle.

Clavicular Accused Of Misconduct In Lawsuit Filing

According to documents obtained by TMZ, influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza has filed a lawsuit in Florida against Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters.

The complaint includes allegations of battery, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, among other claims.

Mendoza alleges that she first encountered Clavicular at the age of 16, when he reportedly offered to help elevate her career.

She claims he paid her $1,000 to film content and encouraged her to become the face of “looksmaxxing,” a trend centered on enhancing physical appearance.

The lawsuit outlines a series of interactions that Mendoza says escalated over time, eventually leading to the current legal action.

Allegations Detail Disturbing Encounters

The filing describes an encounter at a residence in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where Mendoza claims she was invited after being sent transportation.

She alleges that “excessive amounts of alcohol” were present and says she became intoxicated during the visit.

Mendoza accuses Clavicular of engaging in sexual activity without her consent during that time. She further claims a separate incident occurred the following morning under similar circumstances.

The complaint also references a later meeting in Miami, where Mendoza says she accepted an invitation to appear on a live stream.

During the trip, she alleges that individuals present used a “white, powdery substance,” which she says she declined to use.

She further claims that during the stream, Clavicular administered an injection of Aqualyx into her face without proper consent, believing at the time he was qualified to perform the procedure.

Mendoza also alleges that he suggested methamphetamine may have been included in the injection.

Clavicular Accused Of Damaging Influencer’s Career

Beyond the physical allegations, Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza claims her professional life was affected following the interactions.

She alleges that Clavicular later “began a campaign to discredit” her, resulting in the loss of sponsorships and opportunities.

The lawsuit also accuses him of unauthorized use of her name and likeness.

As part of the legal filing, Mendoza is seeking damages exceeding $50,000.

The claims have sparked intense reactions online, with many closely watching how the case unfolds as more details emerge.

Through his attorney Steve Kramer, Clavicular has denied the allegations and is preparing to contest them in court.

In a statement to TMZ, Kramer said, “We are aware of the complaint recently filed against Mr. Peters. These are allegations only and remain unproven. Mr. Peters denies the claims and disputes the characterization of events.”

He continued, “He will respond through the appropriate legal channels and intends to vigorously defend himself. We will not comment further at this time.”

Clavicular’s Recent Setbacks Add New Layer To Lawsuit Fallout

The lawsuit arrives at a time when Clavicular’s personal and professional life has already been under intense scrutiny. Earlier this month, the streamer was hospitalized after a livestream abruptly ended during an outing with fellow creators. Viewers noticed he appeared disoriented, speaking with slurred words and admitting, “Holy sh-t dude, I’m trying my best, but I’m f-cking destroyed right now,” as his condition visibly declined.

The situation escalated quickly. During the stream, a companion was heard asking, “When did you last take blue?” while another referenced an “addy,” fueling concern about possible substance use. Moments later, the broadcast cut off, and Clavicular was rushed to the hospital. A friend later explained, “I hadn’t seen him in this state before and he went from speaking to being fairly unresponsive in mere seconds,” adding, “Within a minute we all realised the situation, turned the stream off, picked him up and rushed him to the hospital.”

After returning home, Clavicular addressed the incident directly, writing, “Just got home, that was brutal. All of the substances are just a cope trying to feel neurotypical while being in public, but obviously that isn’t a real solution.” He also admitted, “The worst part of tonight was my face descending from the life support mask.”

The experience appeared to shift his outlook, as he later told viewers, “Yeah man, I ain’t gonna be doing any more substances for a little while. Hopefully forever.” Still, he acknowledged the challenge ahead, confessing, “But that means I can’t really IRL stream because as you guys know I’m quite brutal without that sh-t.”

Compounding matters, YouTube recently removed additional channels linked to him for violating policies tied to a previous ban. Reacting online, Clavicular said the takedown came “with no warning or explanation” and described it as “very sad,” marking another blow as he navigates mounting pressure from multiple fronts.
