A new media investigation has uncovered a disturbing extension of Jeffrey Epstein’s trafficking operation, revealing that the disgraced financier allegedly used a network of discreet London flats to house victims.

At least four properties, located in some of the city’s most affluent neighborhoods, were identified as part of the arrangement, suggesting Epstein operated in plain sight while moving women across borders. The report also points to evidence that he transported victims between European countries as early as 2011, with the Eurostar rail line cited as one of the key routes used.

An investigation by the BBC has revealed how Epstein’s network of London flats was uncovered, exposing the methods he allegedly used to house victims across the city.

One of the properties was identified through Skype messages exchanged between Epstein and a young Russian woman believed to have been living there. In one message, an image showing the building’s exterior was shared, allowing investigators to trace its name and ultimately link it to a tenancy agreement found within the Epstein files.

A second flat was uncovered through records of gifts shipped to one of the addresses, with delivery details preserved in documents tied to the late financier. Meanwhile, Epstein’s own spending patterns helped investigators expose a third property, as they combed through a massive 10,000-page credit card statement to pinpoint the location.

Epstein’s London Flats Were Far From Luxurious

Despite being located in some of London’s most sought-after neighborhoods, the flats linked to Epstein were reportedly far from comfortable for the women who stayed in them.

According to the BBC investigation, the properties were spread across affluent areas such as Kensington and Chelsea, where apartments typically command prices ranging from hundreds of thousands to several million pounds.

However, the reality inside painted a starkly different picture. The flats were at times overcrowded, with some women allegedly forced to sleep on sofas due to limited space. Epstein reportedly showed little concern for the conditions, reacting angrily when complaints were raised.

Investigators have also uncovered how Epstein allegedly used the Eurostar to move victims across European borders as part of his trafficking operation.

While the full scale of his activities in the U.K. remains unclear, records show that between 2011 and 2019, Epstein paid for at least 53 train tickets to transport women from France into England. Despite his immense wealth, he reportedly booked discounted “youth” fares intended for travelers under 25.

The activity is said to have continued even as scrutiny mounted, including after a 2015 accusation by the late Virginia Giuffre.

According to the findings, the alleged trafficking persisted until just days before Epstein’s 2019 arrest, with one woman reportedly brought into London only 16 days beforehand.

Some of the women taken into the U.K. by Epstein were allegedly drawn into a deeper level of involvement in his operation.

Records show that a number of them were enrolled in universities, with Epstein covering tuition fees. However, investigators allege that behind the scenes, some were coerced into “working” for him, including identifying and approaching other women.

In one example, a trafficked woman reportedly sent him photos of “cute” models she had met in London, seemingly seeking his approval. He is said to have responded favorably, encouraging her to assess whether they might be suitable for him.

While there is no confirmed evidence that those specific women ultimately met Epstein, the exchange is cited as one of several instances illustrating how he allegedly expanded his network and became connected to new victims.

No Police Investigation Into Jeffrey Epstein In The UK

Despite mounting allegations surrounding Epstein’s activities, no formal police investigation was ever launched into his conduct in the United Kingdom.

The lack of action persisted even after authorities interviewed Giuffre multiple times regarding her claims involving Epstein, his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, and former Prince Andrew, whom she accused of having sexual contact with her while she was a minor.

The apparent inaction has led some to question why a broader inquiry was never pursued. In response, the Metropolitan Police Service maintained that it had fulfilled its obligations under the law.

“We recognize our duties within Article 4 of the European Convention on Human Rights and are confident these were fulfilled,” the force said, referencing protections against slavery and forced labor.
