Law Roach has come back with a response about his Delta Airlines complaint.
The fashion stylist, known for crafting iconic looks for stars such as Zendaya, Ariana Grande, and Megan Thee Stallion, recently took to social media to complain that he was not given a lay-flat seat when he booked a flight from New York City to Los Angeles.
One day later, however, Roach returned to the same platform to reveal that the airline had replied to his complaint with what he described as the “sweetest message.”
Still, his original post sparked public backlash, with some critics accusing him of flaunting his privilege.
Law Roach Praised Delta Airlines For Their ‘Amazing’ Customer Service

On April 21, Roach tagged Delta Airlines on X to complain about the service he had received on one of their flights. Around 24 hours later, though, he followed up on the complaint, saying he received a response from the airline that appeared to resolve the issue to his satisfaction.
“Just got the sweetest message from @Delta. Thank you for your continued amazing customer service. This is why I stay so loyal.”
Roach had earlier claimed that he was not given a lay-flat seat, an experience he said had left him “very disappointed.” He added that as a “Million Miler,” he should have had access to exclusive perks like that.
Roach Faced Public Backlash Over Airline Complaint

What appeared to be a request for better service from Roach instead turned into a trigger for widespread castigation, as some online users felt he was flaunting his privilege.
On X, one person commented that the stylist had spoken like a “true elitist” and asked whether he realized that “there are people in the world who have never had the luxury of being able to travel.”
Other users on the platform also trolled him with sarcastic remarks like “OMG, poor you. It must have been horrendous for you,” and “thoughts and prayers to you and your family during this difficult time.”
A separate group of fans also pointed out that he may have avoided the issue entirely if he had reviewed the airline’s booking information before traveling.
Delta Apologized To Law Roach

In his post on X, Roach did not specifically reveal the response he received from Delta. However, the airline addressed the fallout publicly as well as privately.
PEOPLE magazine reported that the airline attributed the inconvenience to a last-minute aircraft change. The outlet also confirmed that the airline had been in touch with Roach to address his complaint.
“We apologize to Mr. Roach for his experience. A last‑minute aircraft change to ensure an on-time departure meant the flight operated without Delta One seating, and our Customer Care team has reached out and is working directly with him to address the situation,” the statement read.
Roach Broke The News About Zendaya’s Alleged Marriage

Though Roach has also styled a long list of high-profile artists, he is perhaps best known as Zendaya’s stylist, and the two appear to share a very close relationship.
Earlier this year, the fashion star made headlines when he claimed publicly that the “Dune” star had in fact gotten married to fiancé Tom Holland.
“The wedding has already happened,” Roach said to Access Hollywood, before adding, “You missed it.”
Despite Roach’s claims, representatives for Zendaya and Holland have not confirmed the marriage, and speculation is still ongoing.
Law Roach And Zendaya Collaborated On A Women’s Wear Collection

More proof of Roach and Zendaya’s close relationship can be seen in the duo’s collaboration on On’s first full womenswear offering.
The seven-piece collection includes standout pieces such as the Cloudnova Moon sneaker and the Drawstring Midi Skirt, both priced at just over $100 each.
Speaking about the partnership with On, Roach told Vogue that it came together “really organically” and that he drew a lot of inspiration from vintage materials.
“For this collection, I went to a bunch of vintage stores and gathered a lot of things… Silhouettes and textures and fabrics, and took that to the On headquarters in Zurich, and we touched and felt everything, had fit models try stuff on,” he said.
