Stunning new allegations are being made against Lisa Hochstein and her boyfriend, Jody Glidden. The two reality stars were in police custody in April 2026 after being accused of planting listening devices in Lisa’s ex-husband’s car. In the legal documents, Lenny Hochstein alleged Lisa placed the devices with the intention of spying on him amid their contentious divorce battle, which began in May 2022.
Lisa Hochstein And Her Boyfriend Are Facing A Felony Charge After Spying Allegations Surface
In a March 2026 arrest warrant obtained by PEOPLE, Lisa and her boyfriend, Glidden, were accused of shocking crimes that date back to 2023. The pair is each facing one felony charge of interception of communication.
In the warrant, Lisa and Glidden were accused of installing spyware devices in Lenny’s Mercedes Benz GLS 600 Maybach after loaning it to Lisa to test drive. The documents claimed Lisa told Lenny “that she was thinking of buying one” for herself.
When she returned the vehicle on March 31, 2023, Lenny reportedly spotted a “suspicious device” on the floorboard, which was later identified as a “hidden recorder.”

“It was covered in tape which, upon learning the nature of the device, the victim suspected was used to secure it under the seat and out of view,” the warrant read.
After finding the device, Lenny spoke with his lawyer, who later hired professionals to recover several of the secret recordings. The legal documents claim “one of the last recordings from before the vehicle was returned to the victim depicts Lisa Hochstein and Glidden holding a discussion and the distinct sound of a device such as the hidden recorder being wrestled into place.”
The documents further allege Lisa could be heard saying “done” in one of the recordings before revealing other recorded conversations were about his children, his work, finances, and a building he was working on.
Adding to the drama, authorities later recovered deleted material from the device, one of which featured Lisa and Glidden allegedly “engaged in intimate activities.”
Lisa Hochstein’s Boyfriend Accused Of Purchasing ‘Two Devices’ For Lenny’s Car Amid Messy Divorce
Lisa and Glidden were accused of “unlawfully and intentionally,” according to The Blast.
In the most recent legal documents, Glidden was accused of purchasing “two devices of the exact same make and model” from Amazon months before the devices were spotted in Lenny’s car.
“Your Affiant has reason to believe and does believe that Lisa Hochstein and Jody Glidden, working together, installed the hidden recorded device without the victim’s knowledge or consent and secretly recorded conversations between the victim and numerous persons and parties, including patients of the victim,” the warrant states.
Lisa made headlines earlier this week after she turned herself in to the Miami-Dade County Corrections and Rehabilitation Department, while Glidden was arrested on April 12.
Lisa’s lawyer, Jayne Weintraub, shared a brief statement on the matter, implying it had been blown out of proportion. “This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court,” they said.
Lenny Filed For Divorce From Lisa In May 2022
While the criminal charges against Lisa and Glidden were unexpected, Bravo viewers knew Lisa and Lenny’s marriage was reaching its end on season 4 of the “Real Housewives of Miami.”
In May 2022, Lenny filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.” In a statement to PEOPLE, Lisa said she was “blindsided by his behavior and reckless handling of the situation.”
“With two young children involved, as a mom I’m going to focus all of my energy and time on them,” the TV personality added.
Lisa Gave A Saddening Update On Her Relationship With Lenny In 2024
The pair’s divorce was finalized in November 2024; however, on an episode of the “Two T’s in a Pod” show, Lisa said she and Lenny were still in a dark place.
“… the divorce is never really over when you have kids,” she said, adding that her children want her and Lenny to “be friends.”
“But it’s not great, and I don’t think, I don’t know if we will ever be friends,” she added. “My goal is to just be a good co-parent with him because ultimately, that’s all I care about.”
