Singer Lizzo took to TikTok to set the record straight about who and who cannot participate in the coveted stagedive. The beloved move is a right of passage for many performers who dream of surfing a crowd of hands and being held up by the sheer love of their adoring fans. Apparently, it is up for debate who can actively participate in this. Lizzo apparently, is not one of them. The “Good As Hell” singer jumped on the social media platform to address those wanting to know if an odd rumor about her was true.
Did Lizzo Kill Someone?
“So I see a lot of annoying things about me on the internet,” began the “Truth Hurts” singer. “But the thing that bothers me the most is this rumor that I stage dived at a concert and killed somebody,” she said shockingly. She immediately began to debunk the rumor. “That rumour, it’s a lie, first of all, I’ve never stage dived in my life,” she continued. She hilariously started to turn up the heat as she too seem exptremely shocked at the idea that she could be capable of murdering someone. “And b***h, kill somebody?! You all really gonna put that on my motherf***ing name?”
No Stuffy Was Hurt In This Demonstration
The singer did not only want you to take her word for it, and has always acknowledged that she is a woman of a bigger size, but this is a bit much for even her “Like, I know I’m big, but b***h, I’m not that f***ing big,” she confessed. And just in case you can’t take her word at face value, the singer showed her TikTok family some prime stagediving examples. Lizzo jumped on her bed landing on a few of her stuffed animals but proved but she needed to prove, she didn’t make a significant splash meaning, there is no way even if she did stagedive would she be able to kill someone from the jump alone.
STOP THE 🧢
In fact, Lizzo recently made headlines for asking her fans to stay back because she is not interested in getting COVID-19. “I don’t care who you are — you could be the nicest person. You could be vaccinated. You could be quadruple vaccinated. If you see me, please give me six feet,” she pleaded. The flutist called her Instagram post a public service announcement to her millions of followers. “If y’all see me in the street, come up on me, want to hug, you want to shake my hand, you want to kiss me on the cheek, don’t do it.” Lizzo said she wants no parts of this virus that’s “coming back” she is referring to the quick spreading delta variant of COVID-19.

Don’t Test Her Either
The singer also warned that she is not the one to be tested when it comes to her health and safety. She has shut fans down in the past for commenting on her weight, her clothes, and her happiness, this delta variant is getting the same bottom line. “Don’t get offended. Don’t get offended. But I’m about to be rude about it,” she said. “It’s not you. It’s me. I’m not trying to catch nothing. I don’t even want to catch feelings, b**ch. You think I’m trying to catch COVID?”
