Lizzo has been putting in a lot of work lately in regards to working out, and she continued to look even better with every update in her new photos. The pop star recently posted a video to her TikTok account as well, where she shares new workout clips that that she’s been creating. Lizzo Has Been Doing Various Exercises
In these clips posted to TikTok. Lizzo was definitely putting in the work. Among the exercises that she decided to work on were using a jump rope, doing squats, pushing a sled with some weights that seemed a bit heavy, along with impressively pulling a sled which featured some of her friends on top of it. These were definitely some difficult workouts, but Lizzo kept working hard and her fans are applauding her progress.
Lizzo Also Previously Discussed Working Out In Shorts
Prior to this latest TikTok video, Lizzo also applauded another mark in her fitness journey. This was the confidence in being able to work out in shorts. Her caption for the video read “IT’S A BIG DAY YALL. Celebrate how far you’ve come. Even if it ain’t far to some!”
“Now let me tell you. I was always too insecure — well, not too insecure, but too self-conscious — to work out in shorts. Also my thigh meat chafes, so I was like, why do that?”

Lizzo Added That Things Have Changed For Her In A Positive Way, Mentally
In this clip about Lizzo working out in shorts, she continued to applaud herself for her positive thinking. This is while explaining that not much as changed to her body physically yet.
“But today I’m working out in shorts and I’m gonna keep it real with y’all: not much has changed, physically, about myself, but a lot has changed here, mentally,” Lizzo explained. “Here, emotionally. I accept myself. These shorts are a little long so they won’t chafe, but I’m doing it! Yay!”
Fans Also Hope For New Album From Lizzo In 2021
It’s also been two years since Lizzo released her third studio album, “Cuz I Luv You.” That project contained her smash hit single, “Truth Hurts,” which was a single from 2017 that finally blew up. It is now 6x platinum in the US. Her 2016 single, “Good As Hell,” also appeared on the deluxe edition, in addition to the remix that feature Ariana Grande. The album ended up debuting at number four on the Billboard 200 and is platinum in the US. As of now, Lizzo hasn’t revealed plans for a fourth album coming in 2021 yet.
