The video obtained by TMZ began with a “Single Ladies” performance by three male students at Melbourne’s Grand Hyatt before Perry joined in. She grabbed a mic and joined the dancers on the floor, briefly singing along to the Beyoncé track and even busting a few moves.
The crowd was happy to see Perry and wholeheartedly welcomed her, but Rose was not captured on video. The actress was also not seen in the pictures shared by the outlet, which showed Perry in high spirits. Nonetheless, the duo reportedly left prom to hit the Spice Market nightclub in Melbourne.

The Blast recently reported that the former manager of the since-closed Spice Market nightclub had addressed the assault allegations in an interview. He stressed that he did not witness the incident nor did he notice any signs of bad blood between Perry and Rose.
According to the source, Perry and Rose “had way too much to drink” that night, but they left on good terms. He seemingly threw a wrench in Rose’s story, noting he knew nothing of anyone throwing up that night. Rose had claimed she vomited after Perry assaulted her at the club.
The former manager’s recollection of the night came at the heels of Perry’s involvement in an investigation. Although she and Rose were not mentioned by name, the Victoria police announced in a statement that the incident that occurred over a decade ago was under police investigation.
