Taylor’s ongoing court wars with Dakota have made waves in the media over the past months, and the odds have barely tilted in her favor. Now, a judge has granted the temporary protective order filed against her ex. According to the court documents, Dakota is not allowed to be within 100 yards of his ex-girlfriend until their next court hearing.
The documents also show that the Utah judge ordered that Dakota cannot email, text, call, or communicate in any form with Taylor in the days leading up to their next court hearing later this month. The court will then determine in the upcoming hearing if a permanent restraining order should be put in effect against either of them.
Taylor’s filing comes after her ex-boyfriend filed a similar request last month. He claimed that she physically assaulted him recently and ove the years. His request was granted, as per TMZ, and he was also awarded temporary custody of their 2-year-old son, Ever.

Taylor’s debut season on “The Bachelorette” got canceled three days before its premiere after a viral video made headlines in which she was seen physically assaulting Dakota. ABC announced its decision not to move forward with airing the prefilmed season in light of the footage showing the altercation.
The reality TV star provided pictures of alleged text between her and her ex-boyfriend to support her claims in court. She attached several photos showing injuries sustained after an alleged incident that took place last May. The court documents also included screenshots of alleged text messages from Dakota requesting for sex after their altercation in February.

The judge decided that Taylor could have supervised visits with Ever during the court hearing on Tuesday. The supervised visits are to last a total of eight hours weekly and would be under strict supervision.

The Blast noted that the reality TV star is allowed to split the eight hours across different days of the week. The judge also ordered that Dakota is not allowed to drink or use drugs before and during the visitation time.
This fair bargain on visitation for Taylor comes after she has spent almost three weeks away from Ever, after she lost custody to her ex-boyfriend. The decision was made during the hour-long court hearing in Utah on April 7.

She further recalled how prayer has been an integral part of her life since her younger years, noting that her pattern of prayer has shifted from requests to plain gratitude. “Born and raised Mormon (LDS) and I’ll always have love and respect towards it, I’ll even continue to go with my family at times, with that being said, it’s time to detach myself from it,” the “SLOMW” star wrote. Taylor further explained that she does not need to be in a church building to be loved, and there is more to learn from others.
