Bad Bunny is once again heating up timelines, even with a photo that’s not exactly new. A shirtless snap of the global superstar recently resurfaced on X (formerly Twitter), shared by a fan account and quickly gaining traction all over again. And despite being a few years old, fans are reacting like it just dropped.
Bad Bunny’s Shirtless Selfie Has Fans Saying ‘So Sexy’
In the photo, Bad Bunny is seen lounging shirtless in golden sunlight, his skin glowing as the light hits just right. Wearing layered gold necklaces and small hoop earrings, the look instantly turned heads.
As expected, the reactions came flooding in. Fans didn’t hold back, with many calling the throwback snap “so sexy” and praising the singer’s “beautiful” body.
The Pressure Behind His Super Bowl Performance
Bad Bunny also made headlines earlier this year when he took center stage at the Super Bowl Halftime Show, and according to the superstar, the performance was about much more than just the music. Ahead of the show, Bad Bunny revealed he approached the massive moment as a storytelling experience, carefully crafting every detail to create a specific emotional journey for viewers.
Selecting the setlist, however, was no easy task. “That was tough,” he admitted to Access Hollywood’s Scott Evans. “Even for my shows on tour, it’s hard to pick 30 or 40 songs. So imagine for 30 minutes. It was very hard. The selection process was very intense.”
Bad Bunny Wanted Fans To ‘Feel Happiness And Joy’ During The Halftime Show
Still, the artist had a clear vision in mind.
“I had a vision about the story, the mood, and the feelings that I want to put on that show,” he explained. “I want people to feel happiness and joy. I want to make people dance. I want to make them feel proud and think that everything is possible.”
Fame Was Never The Goal
Bad Bunny is making it clear that, despite his massive success, accolades were never part of the plan.
During a press conference ahead of the Super Bowl, the global superstar reflected on the intention behind his record-breaking project, revealing he wasn’t chasing awards or major stages. “I wasn’t looking [to win] album of the year at the Grammys and also Latin Grammys. I wasn’t looking to perform at the Super Bowl halftime show,” he admitted.
Instead, Bad Bunny emphasized that his focus has always been on the music itself, creating something authentic rather than aiming for industry recognition.
Bad Bunny Just Wants To Be Seen As ‘An Honest Artist’
Bad Bunny also made it clear that beyond the spectacle, his biggest goal is authenticity. Reflecting on what he hopes audiences take away from his performances, the global star kept things refreshingly simple. “That I’m an honest artist. That I’m myself. That I don’t act to be anything that I’m not,” he said. “That I’m proud of who I am and where I come from.”
For Bad Bunny, the connection goes far beyond language or lyrics. “The music is universal. You can connect heart to heart with a song, even without lyrics,” he added. And despite his massive success, he insists his mindset hasn’t changed. “I’m just a normal guy that makes music,” Bad Bunny said.
