Divorce drama will not just give Kim Zolciak a break!
The reality star is now involved in her boyfriend Kyle Mowitz‘s ongoing divorce after his estranged wife made a move to get a few facts and truths from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum.
Kim Zolciak is also in the middle of her own divorce from her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, which ultimately happened after two earlier filings, and were foiled by brief reconciliations.
Kim Zolciak Set To Be Deposed In Boyfriend’s Divorce
The Bravo alum reportedly agreed to be questioned under oath by attorneys from Mowitz’s estranged wife, Jillian Green. Court documents have confirmed that Zolciak and Green struck a deal where she would show up and answer a few questions relating to his relationship with Mowitz.
The transcript from Zolciak’s deposition will be kept away from the third parties and the public’s view. The reality star will be coming into the ongoing $100 million divorce battle to answer questions on money, gifts, and loans that her boyfriend may have given her.
As stated by TMZ, Green also requested that Zolciak provide records of her communications with Mowitz and any documents that may relate to any gifts received from her current partner. In the early moments of the deposition surfacing, Zolciak’s lawyer, Marvin Solomiany, described it as unnecessary because whatever relationship Zolciak has with Mowitz began after he separated from Green.

Green and Zolciak’s new boyfriend tied the knot in 2017 and separated seven years later in 2024. “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum and Mowitz then began dating in the spring of 2025, between April and May.
As shared by The Blast, the couple spent loads of time together and entered into the relationship with all seriousness, with the consciousness that they had both newly separated from their respective partners. However, there were no claims of the duo engaging in any affair with each other while they were actively married.
The TV star had reportedly waited nearly two years after her separation from Biermann before she got involved in any romantic relationship. Zolciak had stated in an interview after the end of her marriage to Biermann that she had drawn the curtain on dating athletes, and she was living her best life without her estranged husband hovering around her.

Last November, The Blast noted that Zolciak finally opened up about what led to the end of her union with Biermann to her daughter, Ariana Biermann. She informed her daughter at BravoCon 2025 that Kroy cheated, and that was when she knew it was time to exit. Zolciak’s confession took Ariana by surprise, and she spent the rest of the moment taken aback by the news of what her father had done.
She then gave a situation report on how far their divorce had gone, noting that at best, things were static between them. “I don’t think Kroy will ever give me a divorce. No movement, no change. Just constant antics,” Zolciak shared, adding that it would be more helpful for them to find a way to co-parent their children for the sake of their happiness.
Zolciak continued that the financial strain of the divorce process on her pocket had also left her drained emotionally. She stated that her estranged husband was merely keeping up with his promise to make her life miserable when she pulled the plug on the marriage in 2023.
Zolciak And Biermann Took A Few Steps Forward In Their Divorce
The estranged couple is proud parents to six children, including four together alongside Zolciak’s older daughters, whom Biermann later adopted. Zolciak and Biermann tied the knot in 2011 at their home in Georgia, and the ceremony was documented for their Bravo reality show spinoff “Don’t Be Tardy,” which ran from 2012 to 2020.
In February, court documents revealed that the pair finally reached a temporary custody agreement on the well-being of their kids, although nothing else about the arrangement was released to the public. Zolciak and her estranged partner reportedly had a mediation session on January 27, a year after they sold their former marital home in Georgia in January 2025 for $2.8 million after major price cuts.
However, Biermann and Zolciak remained on the property till U.S. Marshals ejected them in April 2025. By January 2026, Zolciak had moved into her new home, showing off different parts of the building on social media.

The internet personality blamed her current financial situation on a lack of access to money because it basically disappeared. Ariana added that her parents had told her that the money was completely exhausted a few years back when she asked them.
Ariana cut her teeth on reality TV screen at just 7 years old when she appeared on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” The reality star’s daughter registered her disappointment and betrayal in her parents, who were meant to protect her best interests financially, which they failed miserably.
