Tiger Woods appeared to be weighed down by his recent DUI incident, as a curious detail from his return home has now drawn attention.
The golfer was arrested following a Friday DUI incident and quickly posted bond, but his return to his Florida home was marked by his unusually leaving his doors wide open despite the security risk.
As the case progresses, Tiger Woods is expected back in court at a later date. However, legal experts have already begun weighing in, with one suggesting that the charge may face challenges in holding up.
Tiger Woods Left The Door To His Home Wide Open After DUI Incident

According to photos obtained by the New York Post, Tiger Woods returned to his Florida home after a brief stay in jail and appeared to leave his doors unsecured.
By 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, drone images obtained by the outlet showed the golfer’s door left open despite the security risk it posed.
The images also showed the black Cadillac that transported him from the county jail parked close to the front door of his home.
Some online found the behavior odd, with one person writing, “Poor guy, has almost everything in life except peace in his mind and soul.”
However, others deemed it normal due to the location of his home: “Lives in one of the most secure neighborhoods in Florida. Probably leaves his keys in the car, too. Must be so relaxing to be able to live like that.”
Woods was arrested on Friday following a DUI incident in which his Land Rover reportedly flipped while he was speeding around a flatbed truck just three miles from his home.
He spent several hours in a Martin County jail cell before being released on bail for an undisclosed amount.
Woods is facing DUI charges, alongside property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test.
The Golfer Refused A Urine Test During His Arrest
Woods has yet to release a statement following the incident, despite several hours passing since he posted bail.
However, details of his arrest have already surfaced online through an official statement from authorities.
It was alleged that Woods may have been under the influence of “some type of medication or drug” while driving, though the specific substance remains unclear, as he reportedly declined to submit to a urine test requested by officers.
Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek also suggested that Woods may have refused the test to avoid “incriminating himself.”
The golfer did, however, agree to a Breathalyzer test, which indicated that alcohol was not a factor at the time of the incident.
Meanwhile, despite the severity of the crash, Woods was not injured, and the other party involved also escaped without harm.
Expert Believes Tiger Woods DUI Charges Won’t Hold Up In Court

Woods is expected to return to court at a later date to begin proceedings for his charges. While the date remains uncertain for now, an expert has weighed in on the possibility of Woods being found guilty.
“Seems like they have no case, no DUI case,” South Florida defense attorney Robert Reiff noted in an interview with Yahoo Sports. “Period, full stop.”
Reiff based his analysis on the fact that Woods did not submit to a urine test, arguing that this decision could make it more difficult for prosecutors to prove that a controlled substance caused his alleged impairment.
“Sometimes [officers] go to the default position, we think you’re impaired,” Reiff said. “Take a breath test, pass it. Oh well, then it must be drugs. Sorry, it doesn’t work that way.”
While Reiff acknowledged that there may be more to Woods’ story, he noted that, for now, the circumstances appear to lean in the athlete’s favor.
“I’ll certainly tell you from what I’ve been hearing … it sure doesn’t seem like they have proof — at least not of the DUI,” the attorney continued.
Tiger Woods Has Suffered Multiple Car Crashes In The Past

Woods has been involved in several car-related incidents over the years, with the most recent crash adding to a troubling pattern.
Back in 2009, he drove his SUV into a fire hydrant and a tree outside his home and received a citation for careless driving.
He was later arrested in 2017 on a DUI charge after officers reported that he appeared disoriented during a traffic stop.
The Golfer Was Involved In A Severe Crash In 2021 That Left Him With A Shattered Ankle

Woods attributed his 2017 incident to an unexpected reaction to prescribed medication and went on to plead guilty to reckless driving.
This came with one year of probation as part of his sentence.
Woods’ 2021 crash in Los Angeles was the most severe, leaving Woods with a shattered ankle and multiple fractures in both legs.
The accident required extensive surgeries, reconstruction, and months of rehabilitation, and at one point nearly resulted in the amputation of one of his legs.
