A man who was previously arrested for stalking Billie Eilish and her family was struck and killed by a Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) train early Wednesday morning.
Prenell Rousseau appeared several times at the singer’s home during the COVID-19 pandemic, leaving her worried because he wasn’t wearing a mask and pressed the doorbell without gloves.
The news comes weeks after Billie Eilish came under fire when she used her acceptance speech at the Grammys to hit out at ICE.
Billie Eilish’s Stalker Was Accidentally Killed By A Train

A man who was arrested in 2020 for stalking pop star Billie Eilish, Prenell Rousseau, was reportedly killed by an LIRR train on Wednesday morning.
According to the New York Post, a law enforcement source said Rousseau was jogging “on or near” the tracks in Westbury when he was hit by a train around 5:38 a.m.
Reports state that approximately 100 passengers who were on board at the time of the incident had to board another train to complete their journey. While the investigation is ongoing, reports from law enforcement suggest the death appears to be accidental.
Back in 2020, Rousseau made headlines after he exhibited “erratic behavior” at the Eilish family’s home in Los Angeles. According to court documents, he appeared at the residence seven times in just two days and was eventually arrested for trespassing.
The Singer And Her Family Got A Restraining Order Against Him

When he rang the doorbell the first time and asked Eilish’s father over the surveillance camera whether or not she stayed there, he was told off by her father, but he insisted, and when he returned later that same evening, the family had to call security on him.
“While we waited for security, Mr. Rousseau remained on our porch, sat down and began to read a book while also continuing to engage in a periodic monologue,” Eilish said in court documents. “My father repeatedly asked him to leave, but he refused.”
According to reports, the “Bad Guy” singer and her family feared the risk he posed to them as he wasn’t wearing a mask in five of his appearances at their residence.
He also touched the doorbell and doorknob multiple times without wearing gloves during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Eilish was eventually granted a three-year restraining order against him, court records showed.
Billie Eilish’s Home Came Under Scrutiny Following Her Grammy Speech

Meanwhile, Eilish has made headlines in the past month for controversial reasons that somehow involved her L.A. mansion.
In February, when she won a Grammy, she took to the stage and yelled “F-ck ICE” while claiming that “no one is illegal on stolen land.”
However, the native American tribe that owns the land on which her Los Angeles mansion sits said celebrities who want to use them for virtue signaling should “explicitly” reference them.
The indigenous inhabitants, known as the “First Angelenos,” confirmed that Eilish’s home sits on their “ancestral land” but shared that she hadn’t reached out to them directly.
“Eilish has not contacted our tribe directly regarding her property. We do value the instances when public figures provide visibility to the true history of this country,” a Tongva spokesperson told the Daily Mail.
“It is our hope that in future discussions, the tribe can explicitly be referenced to ensure the public understands that the greater Los Angeles Basin remains Gabrieleno Tongva territory,” the spokesperson added.
Influencer Accused The Singer Of Being Responsible For His Ejection From The Country

After the controversial Grammy moment, an Australian influencer who mocked Eilish for her speech about “stolen lands” by launching a crowdfunding campaign to “move into” her Los Angeles mansion, accused her of being the cause of his ejection from the country.
“Billie Eilish got me deported from the US — I think her legal team contacted DHS,” Drew Pavlou wrote on X at the time.
“I spent 30 hours at LAX immigration trying to explain that my sh-t posts were just a joke and that I didn’t actually plan to personally move into her mansion,” he continued.
He added that most of the agents he encountered were “nice” and “laughed at the idea,” but there was “nothing [he] could do” to avert the situation.
“Maybe evil leftists are still in charge of sections of the bureaucracy. I guess some people are in fact actually illegal on stolen land, and I guess I am just a BAD GUY,” he added, seemingly taking shade at the singer. “Honestly, I am legitimately one of the most misunderstood theorists/artists of the 21st century.”
A Customs Border Patrol Officer Slammed The Australian Influencer’s Claims Against Billie Eilish

However, a customs and border patrol officer denied his claims, saying, “Claims that this individual’s admissibility was tied to external reports regarding Billie Eilish are false.”
In a separate post, Pavlou alleged that Eilish’s legal team “compiled a dossier” on him and said authorities asked him if he planned to “trespass” on her property.
“They didn’t ban me from the US, but they said I have to apply with a different visa next time,” he clarified.
Eilish, for her part, has yet to address the backlash she received for her remarks at the Grammy Awards and has also ignored the Australian influencer’s digs at her.
