Burruss has given a breakdown on the details of her divorce from Tucker and how they came to a resolution to divide their property. She shared the nitty-gritties of the settlement, detailing how they calculated everything so that no party walks away with a penny more than the other. The reality TV star stated that they were joint, hence, everything had to be shared between them evenly, including the financial part of their property.

“We had properties together that we had to split equally. Basically, it’s just so we just have to end up with equal equity,” she explained. In case you missed it, previous headlines echoed that Burruss was to pay her ex-partner a hefty sum for the settlement. She clarified how the over $400,000 she had to pay to Tucker came about.

In a discussion with Loren LoRosa, shared on YouTube on March 26, the media personality detailed how the amount was calculated. “It is who got what properties, and if I ended up with one more, I just had to pay the difference up. So we are still equal in what we got. Because I ended up with more on the property side, then I just paid the different stuff. So it’s not like I had to pay him,” Burruss shared.

Even though the children, Ace and Blaze, are still minors, no child support was awarded to either party. The former lovebirds agreed to have joint legal and physical custody, but Burruss will keep the kids’ passports. Neither party was awarded spousal support.

The couple agreed to sell a food truck they own together, keeping in mind that they have to be equal in the equity from conjugal properties. As shared by The Blast, Burruss walked away with five cars: her 2022 Bentley SUV, Cadillac Escalade, Ford F-250, Porsche Cayenne SUV, and a 1963 Chevrolet Camaro.

Tucker, on the other hand, kept the 2020 Mercedes G-Wagon, a 2020 Porsche 911, a 2023 Range Rover, a 1973 Ford Bronco, a 1963 Lincoln, and a Ford Transit Van. The couple also had 2025-26 Atlanta Hawks season tickets, for which Tucker had to pay his former partner $38,000 to settle his balance.

The “RHOA” star released a statement in November 2025, shared by US Weekly, announcing her decision to move forward with the divorce. She described that phase of her life as a difficult and emotional time, highlighting that through it all, she was focused on protecting her peace and being the best mother to her children.

Burruss also shared that coparenting with love and respect was a top priority for her and that her decision to pull the plug on her marriage to Tucker was not a spontaneous one. The media personality revealed that it stemmed from deep thought and a lot of prayer.

Concluding her statement, the reality TV star said that the divorce offers an opportunity for her to step into a new chapter of life where she will give her all to her personal growth, work, and family. “I’m grateful to everyone who supported us throughout the years, and I ask for privacy, grace, and understanding as we navigate this transition with our family,” the mom of two added.

Tucker and his ex-wife had their whole divorce process complete four months after its announcement. This puts them among the fastest divorce settlements in Bravo history. The pair settled in the Superior Court of Fulton County and were asked by the judge to present their final agreement covering the parenting plan, among other details, shortly after.

Although the divorce was finalized swiftly, the former couple still vented at each other in their respective court filings. Tucker accused the TV star of being an absent parent, stating that her work schedule often kept her away from home. He also initially requested that the court grant him sole custody of the kids.

The Blast reports that the singer clapped back in her filings, noting that her ex-husband was incapable of providing adequate support for the children. She further alleged that he does not contribute to the family expenses, including paying the mortgage on their Atlanta home.

She, however, revealed that it was a specific incident that made her say, “Yeah, nah, I can’t do this anymore.”

The Blast detailed the Q/A between Burruss and Cohen, including word on the reaction from her family members about the news.
