Kelce and Swift were all smiles for the show and could not keep their hands off each other as she relished performances for the night and took home several awards.
The singer emerged as the most nominated artist with nine nods, including pop artist of the year, song of the year, and favorite tour style. Swift won seven out of her nominations, including pop album of the year and best music video. She exchanged a kiss with Kelce before she went on stage to receive her first award of the night for winning the pop album of the year.
