Police Respond To Late-Night ‘Hot Prowl’ At King Combs’ Home
According to law enforcement sources who spoke with TMZ, officers were dispatched to the property around 12:45 a.m. for what’s known as a “burglary hot prowl,” a situation where suspects attempt to break in while residents are believed to be home. An employee at the residence reportedly alerted authorities after noticing the attempted break-in, leading officers to respond and file a report at the scene.
Footage from the scene showed police surrounding the property as they investigated. Reports indicate that the suspects attempted to force open a rear door but were ultimately unsuccessful. Combs is currently serving his time at Fort Dix in New Jersey, where his release date has already seen multiple changes. It was previously pushed back from May 8 to June 4, 2028, after what was described as a rocky start to his sentence in late 2025.
The disgraced mogul’s release has now reportedly been moved up to April 25, 2028. The adjustment comes after he was accepted into a drug rehabilitation program last November, which allowed for a reduced sentence.
