Chrisean Rock‘s absence in court is earning her legal knocks.
The reality star just bagged a bench warrant for failing to appear at a court hearing on a traffic offense last December, which involved driving with a suspended license.
Chrisean Rock is also in hot water with the law for failing to complete her community service hours in her Oklahoma drug charges case.
Inside Chrisean Rock’s Newly Minted Bench Warrant
The mother-of-one now has a bench warrant issued for her after she was absent at a crucial court hearing in February for a traffic ticket.
According to the court documents, Los Angeles prosecutors filed two misdemeanor charges against Chrisean on January 26, 2026, for driving on a suspended license in Hermosa Beach, California, last December.
Following her decision not to attend the arraignment on February 26, a bench warrant was issued for her arrest. As confirmed by TMZ, the warrant remains active, as it has been a few weeks since it was issued and no updates have been made to Chrisean’s case in the court system.
The Singer Previously Faced A Bench Warrant In 2024
Over two years ago, Radaronline shared that Chrisean was slammed with a bench warrant for violating her four-year probation sentence. The star’s probation came following the alleged assaults of James Wright and internet personality, Woah Vicky.
Alongside violating her probation, she also failed to complete her 120 hours of community service in her Oklahoma drug charges case. Prosecutors pushed for a 30-day jail term for the media personality and also requested that she pay nearly $8,000 in fines and penalties.
Vicky had pressed charges against Rock for second-degree assault in 2023 after they got into a tussle while filming “Baddies East.” As for Wright, he sued the TV star for allegedly unleashing violence on him backstage at a Tamar Braxton concert in 2023, resulting in multiple facial lacerations and two broken teeth.
Wright’s attorney, Kevin Anderson, claimed Chrisean had rings on during the exchange, and hitting him with her “brass knuckles” caused the most damage.
Chrisean Rock Was Extradited To Oklahoma For Her Drug Charges In 2024
FOX 11 L.A. stated that the 26-year-old was extradited to Oklahoma in August 2024 after the state issued a felony fugitive warrant for her, leading to her arrest in Southern California in June 2024. She was reportedly picked up after gaining access to a courthouse in the San Fernando Valley while trying to attend her baby daddy, Blueface’s, court hearing.
Chrisean was reportedly with her baby when the arrest was carried out, although nothing is known about what happened to the baby. Chrisean faced two felony charges in Oklahoma, including possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance with intent to distribute. She was also charged with failure to affix a tax stamp.
The media personality’s charges stemmed from a February 2022 incident where she was pulled over by Oklahoma Highway Patrol officers, during which about 1 pound of Marijuana was found in her vehicle. She was then listed as a fugitive after failing to check in with her probation officer, hence violating her probation terms.

Last year, The Blast reported that Chrisean voiced her grievances against Blueface’s family, including him and his mother, Karlissa. According to her, she wished she had given her son, Chrisean Jesus Malone Jr., a better family, who would not surround him with so much drama all the time.
She noted that her son would eventually grow up to see how much she had defended him, adding that most of the criticisms that trailed her parenting style were not fair. The TV star described her baby daddy’s family as evil, further affirming claims that she does not share a great relationship with Karlissa and the rest of the clue.
While Chrisean was heavily pregnant with her son, Blueface took to social media to spill some disparaging things about his partner, from calling her not cute as a pregnant woman to threatening to cut her off. The rapper also slammed his ex-girlfriend for failing to go all the way to throw something extravagant for his birthday despite all his efforts to make her happy during hers.
Chrisean Rock’s Former Hairstylist Accused Her Of Assault During A Show Premiere In 2023
The media personality’s former hairstylist filed a lawsuit against her and the ZEUS network. She claimed the former committed assault, battery, and deliberate infliction of emotional distress on her while the network watched on with alleged negligence.
As shared by The Blast, hairstylist Irby Lashala claimed that when Chrisean attended the 2023 premiere of “Baddies West,” she walked over to exchange greetings. Still, things turned ugly as Chrisean targeted her as she exited the venue.
Irby claimed that the whole encounter left him with significant physical and psychological damage, alongside tons of medical expenses to treat the injuries sustained. The hairstylist demanded $1 million in damages for the woeful experience at the hands of Chrisean.
